totally wrong fake product received

I had ordered a saree to this website but i received entirely different one and the quality was so cheap that it's not worth even 100 rupees. Whereas they had charges 999+ 150 shipping i came to know about the website through facebook. Some action should be taken against this company because many will be cheated in the future. Now they are not receiving my call & no reply for msgs...

I had ordered said saree worth rs 1049 online on their website, after booking they immediately called to confirm address and told us that your product will be delivered within seven days. They had return & refund policy, we were made to understand that if you don't like product or if there's any change you can return the same and we will return your money via paytm or googlepay.
