I joined Greedge Dream university program on the 11th October 2021, I payed around 22500, for the program using my friend Credit card, I had a change of plans on the 12th, I got a good project from the place I work, So decided to drop my masters plans, I called Greedge and explained my situation, and they said they have a no refund policy, Which I was not informed about, and plus the recruiting guy for the program kept on insisting that they have a special code that it would expire the next day and made me do the payment.

I need a refund as I did not take any service from them, and when I contacted the Greedge quality team, they told they have two options
1. Get a friend to enroll in the program so that I can get the money from them for the program.
2. Extend the plan to next year(which im not complying with)

Any help regarding the refund would be of great help.

Incident: The website claims their content is Unique and Worth Paying they run behind your back day and night until you pay the money once the money is paid they just stop receiving the calls and start Ignoring.

Resolution: Refund of the Program

I subscribed to the GRE Second Shot program with GREdge. Within an hour of the subcription(she couldnt reply before), my friend offered her help since she had made to a prestigious university and I wanted to take my advance booking back. Now, nowhere my login portal or the invoice or the person who made me make the payment (like within 3 hours of first call) tell me that there is a no refund policy. I need my money back as I paid it out of my personal internship savings. There are not responding to my emails. 1 out of 3 people whom I talked to said I would get refund, but thefe is no progress. Now, I understand why this girl insisted me to make payment now, when I asked for time for a day.

I enrolled for a GRE prep program. It was then that the company launched a new admission program and they kept on calling me each day to convince about their new guidance. Then later I joined this program and paid 18000/-
From the day I joined no one ever called me, they didnt even ask my GRE score.
When I tried to contact my admission SFA I couldn't. Till date I have mailed them so many times but no response on that.
Never join for any admission program in this company. You will only end up losing money but horrible service

I had registered with GREedge in for completing MS admission process for Fall 2017 on Jan 2017 and paid spot payment of 17, 000/-
The main reason was to complete the application process for colleges having Feb 1 deadline. Being an online portal it was impossible to contact them. They never picked calls and reply to urgent messages will come one week later. I received only automated mails, totally irrelevant to my queries or they used to call at late nights around 11-12 p.m.
My admission counsellor was not even as good as a call centre technician. Shortlisting courses irrelevant to my field (I am from civil they suggested mechanical/industrial courses) and preferences and not responding to the issues. They work based on an automated computer generated list based only on your GRE score. If you already have a masters or work experience they don’t count that in and suggest very easily achievable colleges.
I waited and waited with no response from them and only my tension rising i myself completed all the necessary process and applications. Total waste of time and money and mental pressure only remained. Instead of going to GREedge you can very well use that amount to apply for 2-3 more colleges!!
I have officially notified the quality team of these issues during the last week on January and demanded cancellation of the service thereon and a full refund. But no action has been implemented by them too. I feel cheated and abused. I demand a written apology and refund.
They have a good marketing team which gives false promises and cheats the young students into enrolling. But they play with their education/life. Please don’t be carried away by their marketing techniques.

Don’t buy greedge.com program for GRE preparation. I spent Rs.10, 000 for my gre preparation. Before making the payment they promised many things like personalized trainers, updated materials and well qualified trainers. After I bought the program I used to call more than 10times everyday but no one will attend. My doubts are solved after 10days and some are not.
