Balance cut in my account and no order confirm. And groovy fasion site no. Showing my order....

I ordered 3 jackets on groovy fashion on 2nd february. I made the payment but I have not got any information regarding the same....

Order #490541 񷲭 booked and amount deduct but not deliverd yet
and not track.

pls tell what is the refund process....

Jiski keemat 349 rupey thi.. jiska payment Google pay se kiya hai. Payment karne ke baad mere paas koi sms nahi aya. Rupey bhi chale gaye aur order ka sms bhi nahi aya.
