Groovy fashion online fraud site

Balance cut in my account and no order confirm. And groovy fasion site no. Showing my order.

I ordered 3 jackets on groovy fashion on 2nd february. I made the payment but I have not got any information regarding the same.

Order #490541 񷲭 booked and amount deduct but not deliverd yet
and not track.

pls tell what is the refund process.

I have ordered a men hooded jacket which order id is 389227 for Rs. 349/- and I have already paid the Order Amount via Paytm, But till now, not delivered the Ordered.
after this, I had sent the Complaint Message on the [protected]@groovyfashion.com mail id that given on the Website but no response about my complaint from the Company,

So, Please don't try to buy something from this site, Because this site is Totally Fake and Fraud.

In you tube page groovy fashion site showing with low prices of jackets, looking wise it's good and price also in good range, i have add on cart and paid as normally we ordered but when i have seen there is no details of product delivery details received, i have checked and found this is an fake, id, it's very disappointed, this time of COVID we also facing issue of money and this happened, if you really reading this please help me and those who really can be suffer with this Fake Spam. Plz help to provide back our money.

I ordered a jacket from groovy Fashion website. I have done the payment but didn't receive any confirmation message from them.
After visiting the online ads that the jacket is being sold with huge discount. Today I placed an order no. 506989 for mens jacket of amount Rs 599/- as it was as showing as in the discount. But the amount was deducted from my account but I have not received any information or confirmation from the site. Order Id is not received. Suspecting this as to be fraud. I'm afraid I have been victimized because the same kind of complains this website I just found in the Google. I request for my money back.

I saw an advertisement for groovy fashion and that advt. was promoted by you tube. just b/c of you tube platform, i had trusted the groove fashion, not make any suspiciousness on it. After that then, i purchased one jacket from groovy fashion at Rs 359.00 (Order no. 388149)via upi payment method with upi transfer the amount to upi id: [protected]@psb bank dated 28/1/22 and as usual just other not getting any email confirmation and regarding delivery. on their website, what contact no. has given is not valid prompt as u call on it. ... and also in order history, u r not able to get any details from. take appropriate action against the groovy fashion.

But, till now there is no any update about my order and the order status shows pending.

Mere saath online fraud hua hai. Maine YouTube ke through groovy fashion mei enter Kiya tha. Ek jacket ko dekh kar online book Kiya tha. Jiski keemat 349 rupey thi.. jiska payment Google pay se kiya hai. Payment karne ke baad mere paas koi sms nahi aya. Rupey bhi chale gaye aur order ka sms bhi nahi aya. Mere saath online fraud hua hai. Please meri help karo. Mere rupey vapas karne ki kripa karo.

There was an advertisement on YouTube which led me to their website. I placed an order of rupees 359; but I did not receive any confirmation mail or message. Then I got suspicious about the authenticity of the website. Now, I know it's fake. Please turn down their website and make people aware as soon as possible. Because they are not going to stop and I doubt that our system will be able to catch them. Their website looks so real, it's highly probable that many more people will fall prey to them. Please take immediate action and make them pay every penny to whomever they cheated including me.
