Groovy Fashion - Payment Deducted but we don't have received Any confirmation related to my Order

Groovy fashion ap is fake site I am order a product date 17/01/2022 in groovy fashion site my amount deduct but I am cancele my order and refund my amount the amount is 359 order id is #189477

Cheater company, , this company recover my money by UPI, , and don't dispatch my order for my adress

I ordered and paid for two items but no confirmation mail received yet.

I came to know about this website through online advertisement on YouTube. I have found jackets at very reasonable price. Website is www.groovy-fashion.com. Before purchasing jackets, I had checked that company belongs to Bengaluru, Karnataka. They also have 5 days refundable policy in case, we don't like their product, we can return it by just mail the order details. So, I order 5 jackets worth rs. 1, 905 on this website. I had made payment through Payzapp mode on website. The portal have valid payment methods available. So, things doesn't came into mind that this website can be fraudy. After the payment made, I was unable to check the order details that when I will get the product and what items I have ordered. The doubt came into mind then I research about this website and checked that this site is merely a fraud and looted many people like me. I came to know about consumer complaints portal while researching. Please help me to report this website so, that no other people can be looted while purchasing clothes from this website and it's request you to please help me get back my hard earned money that I had spend on Jackets on this website.

I place order with paying full amount but I didn't receive the product yet,

Payment receive but my orde not deliver yet, It's fraudrant company, did not get any information regarding delivery status from Groovy, Customer support email ID and contact number is fake, Over all company fake. Please refund my amount.

After placing order worth rs. 1905, I found that site is simply a fraud website. I came to know about this website through online advertisement. I have made an order of 5 jackets through this website. Then, I am unable to check the order details even. Please help me to get back the refund. In greed, I have made a huge mistake today by spending huge money on this website.

Paid rupees 389 for jacket but did not get any information i want my money to be refunded.

I had ordered two products of wort rupees 689 however till the time I haven’t received any confirmation and delivery information. I have tried their customer care number however it is does not exists. Also, sent an email to them however provided mail has been fake. I need my money back asap.

Through online shopping Groovy Fashion i have order winter jacket amounting Rs. 399.00 but when i wanted to track order it is showing order is not placed. I have made the payment through PhonePe Rs. 399.00 and it has been deducted from my account. I have tried to contact company phone number +91 [protected] but it was saying that number is not valid.
Please help me. I am very poor.

I had purchased a leather jacket of cost rs.389 from groovy fashion .I purchased it on 9 Jan 2022 and it hasn't arrived yet the website taken me to the payment portal of payuib I also have transaction ID. After researching I found out that it was fake website and its has its customer care number and email ID wrong
I have me fraudded by this online shopping page.please do justice, close this fake website and refund everyone's money .

Description-Today afternoon I saw an advertisement on youtube and I clicked on it and landed o the website called Groovy Fashion.I ordered one jacket with full payment of INR389 order ID#135655 and it was written I will get a confirmation message shortly but till now there is no confirmation message and now I got to know that they have been doing it deliberately with many other people and I have become their victim.
