I have also been ripped off by this company. I ordered one jacket from Groovyfashion.com for Rs. 359/- and the jacket was not delivered. The mobile no. and the email provided are fake. Please do the needful to take action against this company. Thanks!!

I have seen the said company site through YouTube and placed an order of jacket online through its site groovy fashion.com and paid the money of rupees 359 & 778 through UPI and the money has been debited from account. After payment the the company show the item has not been placed. I called the company number giving it on his official site but it was not in use and fake then I mailed the company but it is also fake. Please take action against the company n compel him to fulfill the monetary loss.

I placed an order today at https://groovy-fashion.com/ and made a payment of 349 via upi transfer. The payment went to razorpay. At the end of payment it said I will receive a text on my registered number but it didn't happen. I saw an ad on YouTube and I went for the deal but it seems it is some kind of online fraud.

During the browsing on you tube, i saw ad of groovy fashion and that advt. had promoted by you tube. just b/c of you tube platform, i had trusted the groove fashion, not make any suspiciousness on it. After that then, i had purchased two jacket from groovy fashion at Rs 718.00 via upi payment method with upi ref no.[protected] transfer the amount to upi id: [protected]@icici dated 12/1/22 and as usual just other not getting any email confirmation and regarding delivery. in there website, what contact no. has given is not valid prompt as u call on it. ... and also in order history, u r not able to get any details from. take appropriate action against the groovy fashion.
