I was found this company ads in YouTube.

I have ordered of one jacket rs 359 at 1.21am 11/01/2022 from your website groovy-fashion. Com... Actually amount deducted from my bank account at the time when i was order placed order#66992. Still not any msg received from groovy fashion.
I am trying to call to your customer care number [protected] but not connecting.
Also order book not showing any orders...

Placed order with order ID #76935 and paid 1078/- on groovy fashion website for the first time but in order details it's not showing any order details and no email or message received for order confirmation. Tried to call on contact number mentioned on website but the number provided is invalid...

I buy a mans jacket from groovy fashion product no is J-46, after payment i did not received any payment confirmation and there is no order history on this site of my order. i payed this from phonpe, the total amount is 349 and my reference no is[protected]

Groovy Fashion - Payment is debited but my order is not confirmed and not shown in the order details and no more details of my order is money is debited 359...

I have ordered tshirts from this online shopping Portal. They have debited amount from my account and order is not confirmed yet. Customer is not responding to any of the mails and phone number they mentioned is not working....

I purchased a(hoodie) product worth Rs.399 from the website and didn't received the product yet....

I had paid Rs 349/- through UPI but confirmation has not been received yet....

Even the customer care number is not reachable.
I am suspecting this as a fraud...

Make a order of 349/=. But order not placed. I need my money back.

I saw a groovy fashion advertisement on Google. So I ordered a brown colored jacket from groovy fashion. in for Rs. 369. i ordered brown jacket on 9th Jan 2022. .
After online payment made i track out my order history but no data / order details shown.
i claim to refund my payment to me...

I placed my order successfully and get message and emails of successful payments did not take any message and emails for order delivery. I wait far for long time but order not delivered yet. I trust that site to order a jacket at a cheap price and I stuck....

As there was no Cash on Delivery option available, I made the payment online through my debit card. Groovy fashion(№№) shows products at lowest possible rate, forces you to fall for their trick.
You pay then you feel guilty.
Check proper reviews and ratings before paying....

Post payment nothing is confirmed neither the order confirmed or product invoice.
