I was found this company ads in YouTube.

I have ordered of one jacket rs 359 at 1.21am 11/01/2022 from your website groovy-fashion. Com... Actually amount deducted from my bank account at the time when i was order placed order#66992. Still not any msg received from groovy fashion.
I am trying to call to your customer care number [protected] but not connecting.
Also order book not showing any orders in company websites.
I want refund for above product.

Placed order with order ID #76935 and paid 1078/- on groovy fashion website for the first time but in order details it's not showing any order details and no email or message received for order confirmation. Tried to call on contact number mentioned on website but the number provided is invalid

I buy a mans jacket from groovy fashion product no is J-46, after payment i did not received any payment confirmation and there is no order history on this site of my order. i payed this from phonpe, the total amount is 349 and my reference no is[protected]

I have ordered tshirts from this online shopping Portal. They have debited amount from my account and order is not confirmed yet. Customer is not responding to any of the mails and phone number they mentioned is not working.

I purchased a(hoodie) product worth Rs.399 from the website and didn't received the product yet.

I had paid Rs 349/- through UPI but confirmation has not been received yet.

I placed a order for jacket worth 359 rs but never received a order id or confirmation email.
Even the customer care number is not reachable.
I am suspecting this as a fraud

Make a order of 349/=. But order not placed. I need my money back.

I saw a groovy fashion advertisement on Google. So I ordered a brown colored jacket from groovy fashion. in for Rs. 369. i ordered brown jacket on 9th Jan 2022. .
After online payment made i track out my order history but no data / order details shown.
i claim to refund my payment to me

I did pay via Google pay at 389 rupees for ordered Man's Jacket. I placed my order successfully and get message and emails of successful payments did not take any message and emails for order delivery. I wait far for long time but order not delivered yet. I trust that site to order a jacket at a cheap price and I stuck.

On 09.01.2022, I saw the online advertisement of the concerned company's products which were winterwares, visited their website and ordered products worth a total of 1696 INR. As there was no Cash on Delivery option available, I made the payment online through my debit card. As soon as the payment was done an order confirmation page opened containing the order details and a note that I would shortly receive a message on my mobile no. which I had mentioned as part of my shipping and billing address. But I received no such message. Then I tried to check my order history under my account at the company's website and to my surprise there were no data available and hence no details about the order which I had just placed. I was alarmed immediately tried to contact the customer service on the contact no.(Mob): +91 [protected] mentioned on the company's website but it was unreachable as the teleoperator reported that the no. was switched off. I tried to contact them through whatsapp also it was mentioned on the company's website that the same contact no. mentioned earlier was also registered with whatsapp. But to my surprise I found that the no. was not even registered with whatsapp. Finally I had no way of contacting this company. Later on I came across so many online reviews giving details of financial losses incurred by the respective reviewers who fell victim to the financial fraud carried out through this fake website named 'groovy-fashion.com' by this fake company called 'Groovy Fashion'. Hence I humbly request you to take prompt action against this fraudulent company running fake website. Also kindly note that the company was operating with a different internet domain with web address 'groovy-fashion.in' previously and now it's web address is https://groovy-fashion.com/.

Groovy fashion(№№) shows products at lowest possible rate, forces you to fall for their trick.
You pay then you feel guilty.
Check proper reviews and ratings before paying.

I ordered through website groovy fashion and made full payment of ₹668 in further.
Post payment nothing is confirmed neither the order confirmed or product invoice.
Kindly register compliant and do appropriate enquiry and help me getting amount.

We have placed a order for jacket in M Size according to showing on website of Groovy Fashion on 07.01.2022 (11 AM) but when we place the order we filled necessary detail on site and at last they have given payment method and we have done the payment google pay Rs 399/- but after that still we have not received any order confirmation and no data is showing on their site.

even i have called 20-30 times on their contact No.[protected] as mentioned on their site but given Contact no does not exist and sent a mail on given e-mail ID but mail was undelivered.

I things this is totally fraud website and according to my experience this type of Advertisement of fraud websites should not be shown on you tube and google etc.

So please i need refund of my money and request you take hard further action on Groovy Fashion.

Hi, i bought 1 jackets yesterday worth Rs349/- from groovy fashion. And when i want to track my order then it is showing invalid email or no order in my orders. I have done the online payment in full .please help me in getting my money back.

I have ordered jacket of price 499 yesterday but still I have no confirmation message or email although I paid money by online method Google pay. I have also screenshot of payment.
Government should take step to root these types of fraud.

I have seen the said company site through YouTube and placed an order of jacket online through its site groovy fashion.com and paid the money of rupees 339 through UPI and the money has been debited from account. After payment the the company show the item has not been placed. I called the company number giving it on his official site but it was not in use and fake then I mailed the company but it is also fake. Please take action against the company n compel him to fulfill the monetary loss.

I made payment of rs.768 on this website for jacket but till now not received any deliver or communication regarding this. I want refund from this fake online shopping website. Address and everything has been already mention on attached image.
