Online jacket booking from ur site but still no details shown & no tracking on ur site order no 467687 pls refund my money asap.

I have placed an order no 70342 for mens jacket of amount Rs 350/- on 11.01.2022. But till date they have not delivered the jacket. Customer care number is not working and online status of order is not available.
Please refund my money or arrange for delivery of my stuff.

Order 436894 placed but didn't received any confirmation mail Or message also unable to get order status. Mail mark to your customer service but didn't receive any response

I have purchased a jacket of Rs.299/- from https://groovy-fashion.com/ on 30/01/2022. but till now neither I got any confirmation mail or message from them... I think it's fraud and how can I get a refund from them.

i ordered 3 jackets from this site and nothing has received groovy fashion online fraud by the company and i paid full amount of rs.1118 to the company already by the way of paytm and no itmes are delivered in almost 2 weeks

i want refund from that company of rs. 1118

the site said the items will be deliverd in 4 to 5 days but nothing has received

Hello, I have ordered 2 jackets & a t shirt on 10/01/2022. It has been 20 days but till now no order confirmation mail has come to me. neither i can see the delivery status for the same. I have paid the amount of Rs. 907/-. Please do needful.
