I ordered a jacket from groovy fashion website but they didn't delivered my order and did financial fraud...I want my refund as soon as possible...

I'm dipak from pune I was ordered 1 jaket on groovy fashion but still not any confirmation mail or message my order not show payment also done . Customer care number not valid mail id also. Pls help ASAP my contact details [protected]...

I have order many clothes like jacket, shirts etc from different account... And money has send in his account because it accept only prepaid orders...
Now it shows only that your order status is pending and payment successful receive

This is totally fraud... But my question is that "why payment accept through rozapay. " I transfer money in it after seeing the rozapay payment options 🤬😡😡😡😡😡...

I ordered jacket but didn't get any confirmation mail or sms and money has been deducted from my account which i paid through UPI. Its a fake company and website. Strict action should be taken against the company for frauding with customers and must be refund money immediately....
