Fiber connection for broadband

I am using GTPL Broadband and pay advance annual subscription, i paid advance annual subscription of INR 7485/- to GTPL Gopal Kosthi on 4 Sep vide receipt no: CR/DEF00000000000000002207636 dtd. 4 Sep 2021 and INR 600/- for extending fiber connection vide receipt no: CR/DEF0000000000000000221578 dtd. 6 Sep 2021 as i was not getting proper speed and GTPL service engineer suggested to get upgrade to fiber.
I was confirmed by GTPL team that new fiber connection shall be provided in 2 days time. Now exactly 1 month passed but i am yet to get the fiber connection. i have made 4 complaint during last one month to GTPL helpdesk vide 12258404/ 12389334/ 1279420 /12857641 but to ne heed. Every time I log the complaint and describe my problem to HD representative and get assurance that they are forwarding my complaint to concern department and shall get the resolution in next 24 hrs. after logging each complaint i received message that engineer is on the way to attend my call but till date no one visited my place, even not bothered to call my number. further to my surprise i am getting the message next day of logging the complaint that problem is resolved and ticket is closed. My latest complaint was done on 2 oct 2021 to GTPL service desk as well as to GTPL Nodal officer Ahmedabad. Again same message & my call is closed again without my confirmation and no solution to my problem. only i received auto generated message from Nodal officer desk that we are looking into your problem. no one even bothered to call me forget about the resolution.
Now i feel cheated.
GTPL has breached the contract by not providing me the desired service and cheated me by taking advance payment.

Broadband portforwarding

I asked service for static ip and port forwarding. i am not able to get port forwarding since last 4 weeks. There is no support from GTPL. Customer care is down multiple time.Even the persons whom i report this issue in GTPL chandkheda office are not able to solve the request.
GTPL is ruining my business need and had very poor customer support.

same issue here they had limited the router ability, i got an i deo to get a new router and replacing it, try it
