I bought Hamdard Roohafza bottle from DMART one month back. The color has gradually changed to light pink and I can see sand like substance sedimented at the bottom of the bottle.

I bought this bottle of rooh afza from near by store and used from 3 4 days. But after a week I saw the bottle and the liquid got crystallized it is hardly pouring out. There are small white crystal in the bottle all over even on the bottle's empty part. It is not soluble now. And color has also changed. Become like the color of cheap tomato sauce. Taste has changed. I don't know what they are making and blindly marketing it in the houshold. People believe this brand from a long time and this is totally unexpected.
Please do something about it.

I have purchase the roohafza on apr-22 month.
I feel this product is defective. I have registered the same complaint to shop keepers, where I had purchase it.
And he says to new what I can do about this??
He clear denied that from company no return and no refund policy is available.

Please resolved it as soon as possible

My rooh afza sharbat bottle whose date of manufacture is 05/21 and the company claims an expiry of 24 months . Instead of all this sugar particles in my sealed bottle settled down. This is a serious matter of concern as it made my bottle useless. I want to request u that please make a replacement of my product as soon as possible.

I have purchase roohfza from D mart Bhayander, thane. It is contaminated product it contains dead ants. What type of quality check measures the company is adopting. ? Replace my product. Connect me on [protected]

I am drinking Rooh Afza Sharbat from my Child hood but now a days I face some quality problem, like from 2 time brought Rooh Afza but it discolour & also freeze within 15 days from purchase day . Please arrange for replacement and also check quality

Bought roohafza on April shows manufactured dare 03/21 says expiry date for a year I paid for the product and thus prodyct is more a syrup I had put it in refrigerator from time of purchase and now it has become like some jello not happy please take this stuff and give me a refund or replacement have more then half bottle stilll not used

The bottle I purchased today tastes horrible. I think this is a duplicate one so I'm attaching the photos

Respected Authority, I would like to pay your attention towards the very bad quality of your product Rooh Afza.. kindly see the attached files and take necessary action..the product is not expired..this product is complete with sugar nothing else...it's dangerous to our health..please reply otherwise I will take the legal action...

Today i bought rooh afza from dream mart, jp nagar 5th phase, bangalore, the mrp which is printed on bottle is 150/- where as they have charges 160/-, i have attached bottle pic & bill copy also..

Request you to kindly lookinto this & update

I am not satisfied by the quality of Rooh Afza..
I kept it in fridge and after sometime its colour and texture changed, it became semi-solid, Its taste also changed and I had to threw the Remaining Rooh Afza...
Please do something about your Quality otherwise what will be the difference between a branded quality Hamdard product and a Local branded Product...

I had purchased a hamdard roohafza bottle on march 29, 2018 from the bear store. When i opened at home i found that it has bad taste and smell like a decompose substance. It's batch no. Mrb016 abd month of packaging is 2/18. I several contact tge company but no. Response from their i got. I requested to change my bottle as soon as possible. I will hereby very thankful if you exchange my bottle as soon as possible.

I was a user of Rooh Afza for last 10-15 years regularly, but when my ordered the bottle in the monthly ration items, and when a glass of Rooh Afza is prepared using the same, the same given the taste of somewhat syntheticness in the taste. I had dialled the number of customer care i.e. on [protected], but either the phone got busy or the same was not lifted up by the company customer care centre. Now I am going to complaint on customer card email : [protected]@hamdard.com. Let us what response they gave me. While talking to the owner of departmental store, he told that company will do nothing and you will not get anything out of this complaint. However, I have written my complaint online, so that people could know about the same that how much this company cares for their consumers.

Sir / Madam,

A month back i have purchased a well packed bottle of Roohafza from a departmental store. After a week (was in the freeze and unopened) i found small small white insoluble crystals which all deposited at the bottle bottom.

I thought if the sugar got freezed and stored in the outer cupboards. But when while drinking we shaked the bottle and had it we came to know that those crystals were not sugar but some insoluble material.

Do not know what to do now, therefore addressing this board to suggest the path forward.
