One of the worst experience i had with hanu reddy realty, chennai. They dragged my property not to sell to anyone and holded for a year. They are not allow other brokers or real estate people to involve the property once they have it. Simply they increase the price of the property upto 40% to 60%, then hold for long time atlast they will say the market rate is not good now. Then they will sell our property to 30% to 50% lesser market value....

i finalised a contract for the sale of a property and the deal was finalised. I am yet to get the payment from the buyer. Though Hanu reddy received the complete payment, they do not bother to look into the issue. They have a panel of dummy buyers and the sellers are fooled this way. DO NOT GET ATTRACTED BY " INTEGRITY AND TRANSPERANCY" ....
