Feeling suspicious about the transaction as goods not delivered till date....

Sir, this is satya rama charan das, i cheated by hari om male escort service.. They are collected money rs 17400 for arrange service, but they did not arrange anything.. If not completed meeting, they refundable amount. But they did not pay amount to me.
Please consider my request.
I paid amount by phone pay and google pay three transactions..
