cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0033 without my concern on date:08/02/2019. I am not interested about this service. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

deactivation of hdfc one assist plan

Hello team,

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- was deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my confirmation. I also got an sms from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully.
But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that it's been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can...
