November 2020 i received a call to apply for Home loan balance transfer from HDFC executive where in he mentioned about the ongoing promotions with attractive interest rates. As per his instructions i did filled an online application and paid the processing fees. After few days i also insisted the agent that i am also interested in getting a Top up loan if possible. Agent advised me to fill an another application to apply for TOP UP but unfortunately...
