Poor Knowledgeable staff of toll , rude behaviour and abusive language

I am a government employee, doctor by profession and working as a medical officer in narnaul civil hospital, travelling daily from this highway. Your staff is behaving so rudely using abusive language and uncooperative, many times their scanner is not working properly or some time the signs are displaying wrongly in front of lane .
