I had bought a scooter model "Duet" in October 2018 from Sehgal automobiles, Mathura Road, Fariabad. I have taken a 5 year comprehensive insurance policy at the time of purchase.
I have given my scooter under insurance claim on[protected]. I was surprised to know that my insurance policy get expired because of non payment of premium by dealer M/s Sehgal Automobile.
It is clear case of Section 420 of IPC. Your dealer are playing with the lives of Customer. This is totally unethical.
Insurance company is also involved in this whole story.
A new insurance policy was issued to me and my scooty was repaired.
Please take a strong action against the dealer as well as insurance company.

On 15/09/2020 I have purchased a new Hero Splendour Super BS6 bearing Registration No. WB-26BK-8954, Insurance Cert No.[protected] issued by National Insurance Company Limited. I have downloaded the Hero GoodLife Program Online Acknowledgement cum Declaration Receipt.
