Problem desc:
My user id is 125153 and i am using this service from last 2 years
But from last 2 months speed is very slow i reported complaints 'n' number of times
And they are not able to resolve internet speed issue. Number of times they forced me to close complaint by saying this is a matter of technical team, i called their customer support team as well visit local office sec-9 panchkula (Number of times)br...

Non providing of Wifi modem
I have a broadband connection[protected],I was provided Wifi modem from HFCL Connect for my broadband connection after deposit of required security fee.This modem devolped some fault in december 2009.Company"s engineer removed and replaced that modem with ordinary modem(non wifi)since they havestill not provided me Wifi modem inspite of my several complaints.

Wrong Services Charged in Bill
I am using Connect Phone No[protected] under DSL Combo UL 666 Plan.
My First complaint is that I've got charged several months for Infotainment Services which i have not activated and after many times it was got disconnected when i have a talk on Hotline No. from Connect Office in Nawanshahr, Punjab and its Complaint ID was 5357822.
