I purchased Honda Brio car (Rallye Red) in May' 12 from Capital Honda (Aadit Auto company, Meenambakkam, Chennai). My car's left side mirror got broke during the month of November. Since then I have been following up with the dealer for a mirror assembly without any result. I have made innumereable calls to the dealer from the month of november and everytime their answers would be "I will check and call you...

Dear sir/Madam,

I booked honda brio car on 27th March 2012 at PENINSULAR HONDA (PROP PATEL CARS PVT LTD) Mangalore and paid Rs 20,000 as advance. But due to financial problem I postponed my purchase for next year and I applied for cancellation. But they are not showing any interest to repay the said amount what they showed earlier. Kindly provide me the justice.
