Poor Mileage issue in New bike

Dear sir,
This is Abdul rahman from Tamilnadu, India. I bought Honda shine bike from MA HONDA in Trichy, Tamilnadu on 23 April 12. They told me that this bike will give the Mileage is 60KMPL. Even i saw the Honda shine bike review also in advertisement and show room quotation. So far i used it upto 2000KM only. I have done the 3 services also in MECH HONDA SERVICE CENTRE - PATTUKOTTAI. But now it has given the Mileage is Just 40 KMPL....
