I HAVE BROUGHT A CB TWISTER MOTOR CYCLE FROM HONDA SHOW ROOM, CITY CENTER,DURGAPUR ON 12/09/2010 BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED MY BLUE BOOK YET AND WHEN I AM ASKING REGARDING IT THE MANAGER OF SHOW ROOM SAYING COMPLAIN IN POLICE STATION WRITING THAT I HAVE LOST MY BLUE BOOK AND PAY THE FINE AMOUNT FOR THE NEW ONE. BUT SIR WHEN I NOT RECEIVED IT THEN HOW CAN I LOST IT SO PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION REGARDING...

This is Jeethendra, I bought a scooter in Honda show room, kondapur. After 3 months battery got problem. I gave it to the showroom as it has warranty and I was asked to wait for 6 months. Now it is almost 3 years and I even didn't get any response from them. When I recently asked the manager, He simply said, I just came here and I don't know..may be the previous employees or manager has taken you new battery and...
