Hi sir,

Hotel Sangeetha opp Egmore railway station.

I am togue cancer survivor. Due to this able to eat zero percent spicy food.

Due to above reason always carry tomotto chutney or Sabar for tiffin.

But in above hotel they are not allowing to use my chutney .. note i will order major dish such as idly or dosai... And use my chutney ... But they are not allowing

Like to know this is valid reason or not

Hi sir waited for more than 45 min for parcel of 4 plate idali but after waiting for more than 50 min they said no idali take idayappm or take back money. My time famil with two kids where hungry is not a matter for them. Lost more than 1 hour at sangeetha hotel g. N. Chetty road, chennai. Then after 11 no food available so all slept empty stomch. Kindly help us...
