HOUSING.COM IS A FRAUD WHICH ALLOWS POSTING AND PROMOTE FRAUD OWNERS AND AGENTS TO POST FAKE IMAGES AND FAKE POSTINGS.
Incident happened - august 23 to aug 25 2022

I was looking for a property to rent in Andheri West, Mumbai. I came across a post of a property and If I need to contact the owner, then you gotta buy a plan. So, I purchased a plan on housing.com to get the contacts of the property owner and the agents....

I contacted the owner...

I wanted to check an apartment near Karthik Nagar, Bengaluru.
I called the owners number which was provided on the site
He mentions too many people are interested in the apartment and wanted me to transfer Rs. 500 so that he will hold the apartment till i have seen. And if I'm not interested after checking it out, he would refund the money.

I bargained and transferred the 200 instead..which he agreed to, and...

I was looking for 2 bhk flat in kormangala and liked one property. So I called the owner. He told me to transfer 5k as token money and surety as he was coming from Mysore. The owner name goes by Shivanshu Reddy. I transferred the money. After sometime he again called me and told to pay 50% of the deposit so that he will come with agreement paper and if I don't like the property he will refund it. Since it was listed on housing.com and showed the property as premium and verified, I paid the rest amount. He told he will reach property side by 6 evening. So when I tried calling him at 6 he didn't responded to my calls and even blocked me.

I tried to buy premium plan 3 times and transactions was declined but they have taken money from account when i email them they closed the request saying no transaction happen when i attached screenshot of transactions. Now no customer support no helpline no reply to email, bloody fraud company

I was scammed by 2 brokers : Subhash Sharma and Chandan Patel .
I was looking for a pg in mumbai for 9k and then the brokers asked to make a visiting card for 2000. I paid the 2k and then he asked me to submit 3000 and i was again fooled by the same process thing . When i asked about the refund they told it would be possible only when the transaction is completed . I was scammed by 20, 000 in total.

This is utter disgrace and shameful to know that housing.Com has been an industry where scamsters are free loot the customers by asking them to pay deposits even before letting a customer to see the flat. Unfortunaltely i have lost 30k trusting them that they would repay my back on each trasaction made and later came to know that this is going to a different level. The pg owner/caretaker along with the agent from housing.Com has taken my money and they are not ready to payback unless i do another transaction of higher amount to receive refund of previous amount.

Mujhe 1 month ka pg book krna tha pune me. Ye Sagar pg clover park viman Nagar Pune name ka residence mila. Inko information k liye contact Kiya to genuine laga. Unhone booking and visiting card bnane k liye 2000rs mange but hmne 1000rs me booking ka fix Kiya. Unhone evening me contact Kiya ki kuch booking charge k sath gst chahiye so 3099 pay kriye & apko turant 3000 return ho jayega. Payment k baad vo bole ki amount process nhi hua to fir se 3000 & 99 send kijiye aur assure kiya ki ye 6099 rs ki extra amount turant refund ho jayegi Pr iss transaction k bad bhi vo bole ki ye amount bhi process nhi hua hai. To aap 5010 rs send kr dijiye. And apko full amount refund ek sath ho jayegi
But maine ye 5010rs pay nhi kiye aur unse booking bhi cancel krne ko bola to unhone mana Kiya ki jab tk paise nhi dete refund nhi hoga. Unki policy btayi thi unhone ki agr hmko pg psnd nhi ata hai to vo hmari booking amount bhi full refund dete hai. Pr ye scam kr rhe hai aur inki property ki link se bhi vo property no more available dikha rhe hai.

I was looking for apartment in mukherjee nagar, new delhi. I saw 1 RK apartment in outram lines, mukherjee nagar, new delhi by owner vikas patal. He told me to deposit 2000 rupees and will book a room for me and refund me if I didn't like the room. I gave them 2000 and they're demanding more money from me. So I refused to give them, now they have blocked me from everywhere and not refunding my money.

I took the Premium Package its been 10 days process was not started.
I called Swetha - [protected] she called daily 10 days for nearly 3 days until I paid the amount, after that payment she did not respond I have also sent messages asked her for next step but there is no response.
I was told Photos will be taken of the house but till now nothing has been done.The Features mention for the Premium Package were not at all started.

Housing.com has done a fraud with me of total 39604 RS VIA ICICI Credit Card i have been paid the said amount to housing application in the name of Kamal Kant as a rent for month of Jan 2022. I have never rented a office form kamal kant i dont now even the person who is he. I need my Money back i am receiving calls from my bank to pay the said amount now with interest the amount has reached to 44000.
Need your help in resolving this case asap.

I have made a transaction on Mar 22, 2022 with reference ID: [protected] Rs.50, 498. but transaction got failed. Amount got debited debited from my credit card. I have sent so many emails to [protected]@housing.com but they didnt resolve my problem. Still amount was not refunded to my credit card after 15 days. Please do needful.

Lost my money while paying rent option trough housing. Com app it got tranfered to wrong upi id but there is no proper response from the app I lost my money

A girl called me regarding credit card activation, she told me she is employee of ICICI Bank. When I was talking with her, Rs.39996 (whole limit) got deducted from my credit card. I have filed the complaint about this in cyber cell too, Please investigate and help to get money back

Today I have received call from Bajaj Finance & they offered me no cost emi card and ask me to fill the form. Then they ask me to enter OTP for Rs. 1.00 transection & after that they deducted Rs. 42420 from indusind bank credit card through Housing. Com

On 13th Feb at around 10:34 PM a fraud trasaction of Rs. 75750 has been done from my ICICI credit card ending with 4005. I received a link through which a 3rd party app named ICICI rewards got downloaded. Once I entered my card number an otp for transaction of 75750 was made n it got deducted at the next instance.
Kindly help me get back my amount. I also disputed the transaction with the bank with Service Request number : SR80894349. I also filed a complaint at cyber cell with acknowledgement number : [protected].

They called for credit card activation and hacked my sister credit card and debited 39895 rs we raised FIR against them please don't respond their call

I just spent 699 for rental agreement services on this ### website called "Housing.com", neither I am able to cancel it nor e-sign the document. Such a pathetic website and no response from CUSTOMER care via phone/email....

On 25th January I received a call from sbi customer care number +[protected] they ask last 4 to 6 digit of card otp details to activate card and services of credit card.

But when I call customer care to confirm they said it is a fraud call and 44945 rs transaction is done .then I complain on sbi customer care and cyber crime. My humble request to help me in this matter to get money back.

There are fraud add at housing .com i have comlaint it.but did not remove it.take a neccery action against housing comi have complaint so many times nibody respondung.that is life threat i visited there nibody is that place.and there are ni house.its total fraud

Sales agent from Housing.com name Chetan Sharma in Uttam Nagar, Delhi is Making false commitment for sales of company products. After receiving payment neither agent is responding nor any other authorised person from company. Informed though all possible options like mail, CC, insta, Twitter etc. Need help so that such crime could be stopped otherwise these agent will kept looting people.
