My order no is [protected]. I just ordered a power bank with free fast track watch on 06.09.2017. Friday morning i received the product by paying 870. But when i opened the parcel, i was shocked the power bank is a duplicate one and it is entirely a different product. The watch received is utter waste. So, please arrange to pick up this products and refund my amount. And one more request pls don't cheat the people in future....

Charging cable can not be connected as the connecting point is overlapped side wards. And the product is different so i kindly request flatsale to replace it with a good one. The item i order is i never expect. When i open the packet it is fully damaged and opened. The batteries of power bank is fall out. Never expect this type of #. I opened the package in front of the delivery boy and asked him that "what is this " i am shocked when i open the package. I never expect this type of cheats with me. I very disappointed. I had order fastrack watch but what I saw in advertisement I didn't got same original watch. The watch is duplicate & not working properly.now I want my money refund back . This site is untrustful. Totally disappointed. Please kindly refund back money. Hope you will take the immediate action. Otherwise I will lodge a legal complaint against the company under IPC 420 Consumer Act.

I bought a Fastrack watch for ₹598. It turned out to be fake. Now whenever I call the customer care, they either disconnect my call or it goes to voicemail. Once I registered a complaint last week. They said it's a genuine product and can't be returned and closed my case. Kindly help me in getting the refund and screwing the scam that these people are running.

This site is totally fraud and deliver's duplicate product. When you complain than their answer will be "product may be different as shown" we have described in end of the product description . But product may be different but every time it will be delivered different product as shown because they show good and branded items but deliver duplicate with the name of same brand.
Fake fake ...fraud fraud ...
