Shop doesn't have any no parking board and also worst behaviour of staff..need to take further with big issue.

I visited Ibaco Ice cream on 29th August at 8 pm. People inside are very rude and their attitude is pathetic towards customers. Who can bear that idiotic behavior from ibaco people itself. I recommend no one to visit this place anymore. This could be the the greatest curse towards them. Worst people..pathetic behavior. I was annoyed by thevtreatmwnt from these people. Very lunatic and bad.

I am Vinithra. Today (29.05.2022) around 6.00 p.m I have ordered butterscotch milkshake. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes. But, there is no response from the employees. They were simply playing with eachother. I had a very bad time. The employees are irritating ###.

Yesterday night at 10.30 P.M. I brought a ice-cream cake from Tiruppur, palladam Road near T.K.T. motor ibaco shop. I order the cake of the month called vanila choco Berry and blueberry relish cost around Rs.897/-. Appearance looks nice. Package everything is good. At 11.00 P.M, Started celebrating. We found that cake was spoiled and inside it smelled like spoiled butter. No one able to eat it. It creates a vomiting sensational to all of them after eating. They are demanding this cake as a cake of the month. Without a various trial don't sell this to customer. Everyone mood spoiled due to this spoiled cake. 🤮. Kindly take care of making

Ordered Bean vanilla topped with fudge and I had worst experience ever. Bean vanilla was fine but the fudge was terrible. Every single time I took a bite of it, I felt the fudge was infested or had some kind of worms in it. I have had so many visits to Ibaco but this has never happened.
Extremely disappointed with the quality. And even the containers, spoons and tissues they provide are not clean.
What’s wrong with Ibaco these days?
Absolutely ZERO hygiene.

Ibaco stall in kalmandapam. royapuram. chennai tamilnadu india behaving like a owner of all ibaco he saying correct money should be given to purchase ice creams otherwise dont come to this shop (example=a icecream price165 rupees means correctly 165 rupees should be paid if 200rupees given staff answer no change i[censored] have change come otherwise dont come)...

We baught a desert royale cake from ibaco, lulu mall, cochin on last Sunday 22/08/2021
The bottom part of the cake was too hard and we felt bitter taste.the expiry date is near by.we are extremely disatisfied with the product.

Staffs working in IBACO villupuram are not responding to customers, they are not giving any details or replying back, worst type of respons i felt ever

I visited ibaco at nandyala and produturu nearly 3 or 5 times nowadays but every time I didn't get milkshake because sippars shortage. why don't ibaco supply bottles. Plz supply milkshake bottle and provide milkshake

This shop is not give for the quantity bill.he was not answering properly to the customer.especially gen staff was very rude....

Once we enter d shop the sales man is ordering in a harsh way to use sterilium. So I told why can't u tell a request so he s telling he will order only if I m interested come otherwise get out of d shop...and he also behaved with a small girl who pulled the chair from d table... Same kind of response was given to d small girl...etc

We would like to bring to your notice that with the recent cake order taken from the ibaco store, royapuram the order was dissappointing.
We ordered mango flavored ice cake to be taken home and the ice packs were not provided by the store which resulted in melting of the cake! Adding to it the choco plate was given with best wishes written on it instead of happy birthday plate which we requested.
We are very disappointed with the behavior of staffs in the store and with the delivery. We hope necessary actions are taken and refund is given as the cake was fully melted.

Recently back to back i have got very bad service from ibaco in elements mall, nagawara, bangalore.
I had a issue with weighting & pricing.
Previous week i have asked for ice cream. Without asking about pricing, they kept on adding ice cream and other nuts and add-ons. When billing i saw it was 600 rupees. I asked y? They said tell me first itself if you need less in grams. I nodes and got the product.
So today i visited back asked for only 200 grams. This guy kept on adding without checking whole gram and other nuts. The grams exceeded to 280 grams. So i asked y again it is higher. They said it was ice cream weight. I told properly i need 200 grams. Y it exceeded? This guys are not responded properly. That manager is not talking properly. Please help customer know about the price and grams openly before billing. Have a separate machines a for ice cream and other add-ons. So customer clearly understands. I had a very worst experience back to back weeks.

Visited ibaco, selaiyur on 28 apr 2019 and purchased icecream to carry the same home. I was asked to pay ₹4 in addition for the carry bag with their brand name on it.

When raised a concern on this, they stated that they haven't received any information from their management. Even i stated the case of bata. Still they remained hesitant.

Madhan was the person who attended and welcomed me to file a complaint as they aren't much bothered about it.

Kindly suggest a solution and a justification for the additional charge even when it was iterated. This really makes consumers suffer especially myself as we know we needn't and still pay.

I am a regular customer of ibaco outlet in sasthamangalam, trivandrum. Last sunday, ie 13.01.19 me and family went there around 6.15 pm. The usual salesmen were not there and instead a girl was there in the counter, who was very arrogant and rude right from the beginning. She talked in a very loud voice, almost like shouting. She shouted at my young kids who were playing with a thermocol lid taken from the counter. Though i kept quiet, her arrogance continued and she refused to give the icecream before paying. All these times we paid for the icecream only after having it. The salesguys treated us well, but this girl ruined our evening. She kept on flirting with another salesboy who came afterwards and another one from oiyalo pizza slapped her playfully unmindful of the customers present there. She lacks basic manners and am sure is detrimental to the outlet if allowed to continue. Such girls are not fit to be placed in food industry and should be taught basic manners and customer courtesy.

The packing box is made up of thermacol which is a deadly plastic. Since the chocolate sauce gardens and we have to scoop up harder, thermacol in small bits are mixing with the ice cream, which had caused me and my sister severe food poisoning... We r really feeing bad and hope it does not happen to anyone else! Don’t kill people with your ice cream packages.

Ibaco indiranagar branch, bangalore.

I am a regular customer for ibaco for the last 3 years and the indiranagar branch is the closest for take away.

Now, there are bunch of youngsters (Ibaco staff) aged between 15 to 18 years and to be particular, there is one big eye ball kid who does the scam the 3rd time to us.

1st time lets say 5 months back - after i took the big container with ice-cream for around 400 - 500 ltr, the guy places it on the weighing machine and i found strange to know the quantity of ice-cream is 800 lts. I have paid to it with ambiguity close to rs.1000/-. With doubt i asked the guys how does the machine work. He also keeps additional item on the weighing machine and he explained the technicalities and deceived.

2nd time after few days dad goes and buys in 2 small containers and he looted rs. 900/-. The jar capacity will be roughly for 400 ltr. But he deceived in the weighing machine buttons (Under the machine) and looted rs. 900/-

But this time i. E., yesterday i had been with dad and we wanted to check how it works and bought ice cream for close to 500 ltr (Actual quantity) but then the guy did something underneath the machine and made it the quantity display 800 ltr i. E. Looting close to rs. 900/- for the actual price of rs. 500/-

So i am wondering how much money these guys in favor of ibaco they have done the scam. These guys in indiranagar are fooling people with their weighing machines. This has to be taken under a serious note with the staff in indiranagar ibaco branch. Wondering how much money these guys have scammed for the past so many years.

Dear sir,
I used buy vannila choco buddy ice cake at royapuram franchise on 30th may 2018. Actually our celebration mood was totally spoiled due to cake taste.. We all totally disappointed and even not wish to taste the cake. We don’t know really how ibaco serves this kind of cakes and all. Kindly check the taste and send the all products once while serving to customers. Totally unworthy for money, please take care of products and customers. Thanks you

Sir i had a worst experience and the management is dam worst and sir i selected my falove which was green pista so sir u may know if we'll that any ice cream won't be sore in taste so i got ice cream which was sore so i return it after tasting it 3 to 4 time so what i returned it it was like i am a fool and he is replying to me as if i am a fool sir made every one that it and again he tasting and and aging staff it was all most 10 member taking and he tasted it for 10 times sir so sir please take a action on my complain

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have bought ice cream cake (Take away) on 05.03.2016 at 07.52 pm at ibaco out let at adambakkam, (Ground floor, plot no.11, door no.27, shas mother land, new colony main road, opp to adambakkam police station, chennai-88). Bill details ice cake 414.00 carry bag 3.33 vat @ 14.5% 60.63 service tax @ 5.6% 23.42 round off - 0.01 total value 503.00. Since it was take away order they should not impose service tax, when we asked them they asked me to give feed back in the registered book, i did the same. Hence kindly register the complain and do needful and reply in return mail.
