I had ordered a linen saree, but the product is absolutely different, bad quality. no return policy

Such a fraud site I have never ever seen...I have ordered one saree worth Rs.998 but after receiving my parcel I was totally disappointed bcz it worths For not even 100 rupees...for return itself they won't respond...pls be aware ppl

I have ordered too such a fraud site .their whatsapp number they read the messages bou don't reply . Ordered a saree paid cod 998rs after i opened the parcel totally different saree .such a fraud .no given there +[protected] does not answer but reads allthe messages . Beware of this site .

Orderd for pure Lenin saree ₹998/ but got old used dirty saree. No contact no., no customer service. No response at all to refund money. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON SUCH FRAUDSTERS AND CHEATS.

Greetings! I would like to bring to your notice that i bought two sarees from IBIS fab in the December 2021. I returned the sarees on December 11, 2021 as they are in poor quality. I requested the person concerned to return the money (2000 rupees). But, the person has not been responding to me properly. He is sending an "okay" message whenever i send him a message. He/She has not been answering my calls. My order number is 43571.

The saree that i ordered and the quality of the fabric that was delivered including the design n colour has no match. When I request for refund there was no response.

I ordered pure cotton saree worth of Rs 1500/..and i received fake one worth of Rs

I ordered two sarees on this website and it turns out i receive a total different material of saree which is worthless. I requested for return and wrote emails and called a zillion times but no response. This is a fraudulent company beware. Do not lose money!

I ordered a pure linen saree and revived a cheap stain saree which is no where near the saree shown in pictures. The team is not responding to msgs and calls

I purchase one saree by online today I received delivery but company totally cheat me they collect for cash 1000 rupees but saree coast only 100 rupees and saree length 3 Meter actually saree measurement quality and colour also different kindly request you to please refund my money and I will back to the product please this type fraud company take necessary action not continue the cheatingq

Nor do they have a return option on the site.
Product I received is not as per the details mentioned(quality issues)

How do I proceed?

I had ordered a chanderi cotton saree as per the advertisement COD. After payment is made I found the saree received is ART SILK instead of cotton chanderi.
It seems this co. fooled me. B coz no one is responding to my mail or what's app msg.

I received Missprint saree. Called someny times to[protected] didn't lift the calls. I messaged to this whatsApp no [protected] which is available in ibisfab website. Customer care services are worst.

I had ordered a linen saree and what was delivered was a cheap fake one

I bought a saree from https://ibisfab.com for Rs. 998/- and when delivered today 15Nov2021 I found that it's not what was ordered. The saree delivered is not worth rs. 50/-. The saree design, the material is overall of very poor quality and not what displayed and mentioned on their website. Moreover, the seller with Mob no.[protected] is not answering the calls. I feel very cheated.

We have ordered an saree and prepaid for it. We didnt receive the saree and no response if we call the number given. Return the money atleast

I was just searching for a saree they ask me give my address detail, that time I gave them. But when I know they are sending that saree, I immediately cancelled this through whatsapp. Unfortunately it was reached on my door and I have to pay for it, but I immediately emailed them to return this order as The saree material is very poor n cheap and color and print was also not up to the mark as shown in the picture. I want to return this order and want refund my money. Order I'd is - SA[protected]. I feel like cheating. They even didn't respond to my email. I mailed them within 24 hours of product received as according to their return policy still they neither respond nor refund my money. This is a fraud company please take strict action against this company.
Please help me to bring back my money.
Please revert back as soon as possible

Order no.38803 more than a month 2 sarees ordered, till date not received and no message received.

The sarees shown in the ibis fab website is fake. They deliver completely different quality material. very cheap material, less than 100 rs quality

I have ordered for Offwhite Designer Linen Saree. But IBIS have delivered wrong yellow saree. And the quality is horrible.

I wanted the same saree or refund for the same. Sent lots of msgs thru whatsapp, sms and Email but no response.

I now also see so many same time of complaints from 2019. Why the site is still running and up?? Why the site is not bolcked so further people will not get into this trap??

I was ordered linen saree at 998 rs from ibisfab. And I received very cheap product and damaged product very dispointed. I want my mony back.

I've ordered a saree by seeing the description as "LENIN SAREE" for Rs.998 but it turned out to be a cheap silk mix saree and when I'm searching to return this saree there's no option for it on IBIS FAB website.
This was the first time i ordered from their website, but that itself turned out to be the worst
