IBSN Tax Complaints & Reviews

I have filled my tax prepration in IBSN last year. After tax prepration fee payment they asked me to send the documents for filling. Documents returned to me stating the company which was operating in chennai Shreeram infotech, tamabram is closed. Was surprised. then i felt yeah, there is something wrong with this company. i called to US, India and any number displayed in the IBSN website and to my luck there was not even a single response...

I wanted to file my US returns through ibsn, login id is [protected]@gmail.com. I paid their fees fully but these guys did not file my return for 2010.
They said it will be efile return and on the last week before due date said i need to send them documents, which i did. I send them signed documents to chennai office, but after that there is no response.
My file status still shows pending, all the phone lines are closed and...

I have tried to connect with these ibsn tax people to get back my 132$ which I paid as a fee for preparing my file # I58702 which was wrongly created and was not supposed to be created in first place because due to the duration for which i was in US and the way i got paid for those days, it doesnt apply for me to file my US tax returns for the year 2010... but these guys didnt even let me know this till the very last moment...

My name is Sandeep Deshmukh. You guys have received my refund checks for federal and state refunds long time back. But you are not sending them to my India address. I have paid you hefty fees to avail this service. Whats the point in holding on to the checks? No one picks up phone in your offices and no one ever responds to any emails.

I am still waiting on my $300 check. I paid $369 for filing my itemized returns. After doing so, they updated me that they cant to itemized since I dont have an IRA account. So they said they will charge $69 only and will return my $300 back. Till date I have sent several emails for my refund, for which I get a reply saying "We have mentioned to the corresponding department, we will get back shortly". Even the text doesn't...

You are holding my US tax refund checks for several months now. I have got frustrated after so many follow-ups and no response from you. Request you to please send my tax refund money, which legally belongs to me. You have no right to keep that money with you. This is a fraud....
