My Mother-in-law had Surrender her Policy way back (Name : Jamuna Rai) postal address is The ICICI Pru itself her Policy was of Rs.50000/- a year. she got the surrender cheque lately with a grace period of 6 days left. on the contrary she did not have any Bank Account in any Bank in Nagaland. So It Took Time to Open an account in SBI.

As per the ICICI bank staff, my father opened an Super Pension scheme on behalf of me. ICICI staff misled quoted and never mentioned the proper terms & conditions such as initial charges, every year charges and other terms and conditions..

ICICI staff misled my father by stating that this will be doubled in 3 years and it's a life long super pension scheme with no fine prints.

I have invested Rs.35000 as a first premium on 14/08/2008.officer/staff of ICICI maninagar branch had given me regarding benefit of plan and not regarding deduction from premium amount only and hence about Rs. 6000 was deducted form it as allocation charges.I came to know this after receiving policy document only.So now i have no trust on ICICI bank and product now. I have stop to invest second premium now .

My mother was onced approached by an ICICI agent inside the Mapusa, Goa branch of the bank. He convinced my mom to buy an ICICI Prudential Lifetime Super Pension plan on the pretext of saving tax.
My mother not being a learned person and never have worked in her entire life was actually given false advice by the agent into buying the policy.
I really cant believe the ethics of the bank to be able to sell a "Pension"...
