I ordered rakhis (Order no. 2856640) on 13th july 2020 and they were supposed to be delivered on 22nd july 2020 to my brother in mexico. It never got delivered. I kept calling there customer care number and kept sending emails but no reply from their part. I just want a refund for the money i have paid for this order. I. E. Rs. 2115.
I am utterly disappointed with the behavior of igp. They are not responding to any of my emails and calls.

    Hi Team,
    I have placed an order with IGP.COM with Order ID 3166614 on 29th July 2020 which should be delivered on Aug 3, 2020. But the product is not delivered and the tracking details show that the product is returned to origin. I have tried to call IGP support team and even have emailed them regarding the update. They didn't respond through call or even mail. There is no update regarding the delivery nor the refund. Please kindly help me on this.

      Hi..This is Shubhra Pathak, I have sent raksha Bandhan gift to my brother in USA, While I ordered expected delivery date was 25 July 2020 and raksha Bandhan was on 03 aug 2020 but the product not delivered, Hence I asked for cancellations and refund the amount but they are saying dispatched product can not be cancelled.order no. 2914818, I tried contacting them by emails by calling customer service but neither do they receive the call not respond to my any emails.

      It was not just a Rakhi, it was an emotion with which this company is playing.

      I need refund plus additional charges coz this year I failed to give rakshi.

      Someone is using consumer complaint portal for fraud. He is taking out details of the orders from the attachment and them asking you to download TeamViewer so that they can access your phone and UPI amd froud you. On telling him that he is trying to do Fraud with me he said he will complaint against me on consumer forum.

      Team of people might be working there, they are using our complaints against us.

      Beaware.

        Hi,
        I placed an order on 29th july for rakhi and chocolate scheduled to be delivered on 1st august. My order no. Is 3158473 but it’s already 3rd august and it’s not yet delivered.
        If they cannot deliver it i want complete refund of my order.

          I have placed an order on 27th july and the order has not been dispatched yet. Tentative date of delivery was on 1st of august and the product has noot been dispatched. I tried contacting them but they are not responding to mails/calls.

            I have ordered a birthday gift worth Rs.845 and opted for a same day delivery. The gift was not even delivered and no replies from their end on my repeated calls and emails. Next day when I track the order it's status changed to cancelled. How can they cancel the order with out any notification? No single communication from their side after placing the order. I simply lost my money. I need a refund. Worst experience ever .

              I have booked rakhis for Abu Dhabi from IGP.COM on[protected].
              IGP booked a Packet on 24th from Mumbai vide Bluedart docket no. [protected] at the following address -

              Yesterday, I have received a sms from bluedart as "Your order from IGP.COM with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] is undelivered due to address related issues. To reschedule, please call[protected] from 9am-9pm Mon-Sat."
              Now on calling on your Toll Free no. they are saying to send a mail to you in this regard.
              "When Phone no. has already been provided, the delivery person can call and clarify the same from him."
              No 'Customer Care' in working nither IGP nor Bluedart.
              Please reply and get it delivered as soon as possible.

                Order booked on 21st july. I just can't believe that this site ll cheat.. They deducted money from my account.. Not giving any updates that ur package ll not reach or refund money.. They are playing with customers emotions. Today is 29th july till today my order is showing processed. I m not worry abt money. I want to send rakhi to my brother that's all i want. I choose this site bt they even not responding by email. Daily i m sending mails to them bt they are not replying. I m. Writing this complain just to send my rakhi to my brother. I[censored] can help with me.

                      I have ordered LED Pillow from Igp.com on 23rd July 2019 with order number 1825003. The product was supposed to be delivered on 5th Aug 2019 but it was delayed by saying the Bluedart has lost the product and then the IGP Customer Care said to me sir we will send you a complimentary gift of chocolate along with product and send again with Bluedart and it will reach by 7th Aug with urgent delivery.

                      This was again the same not happen and after continuous follow up and call with them I received the product on 13th Aug which I go to Bluedart warehouse and pick.

                      IGP has no customer satisfaction compliance and they also not ask about the product satisfaction. As they charge prepaid amount and hence I think they don't care about customer.

                      I already write 3 email but still not received any response from them.

                      Sir please take action on them so that they can remember how to do business and customer satisfaction is important with this company.

                        I have order a personalized birthday gift for my father on date 28-jan-2018. And i was expecting it to be delivered on his birthday 31/jan but it was not delivered on that day.
                        It was expected to delivered on 31-jan-2018 but today on 03-feb-2018 they are not going to deliver it.
                        Since 31/jan, i have contacted to their customer service and followed up number of times but they are not listening any of our query related to order and even they are not delivering it.
                        Igp team, deliver it today else i want refund of my product.

                        It does not make sense that i ordered something for birthday date present and its not going to be delivered till date.

                        Am I supposed to ask update on the above complain on daily basis? Till date IGP.com has not delivered my order and they were going it to deliver on 31-jan but there is no order in my hand. Can I get my money refund??
