I sent a rakhi hamper to my brother in Dubai. They sent the hamper with half eaten chocolate and no rakhi!

They refuse to give me a full refund of my order...

I have ordered a product on 13/02/2023 from IGP. The order was never delivered. Since that I have followed up with the team regularly however, the refund has not yet been credited. Need a refund with compensation for all the harassment.

I have ordered 500 gms, vanilla flavour cake, but they have sent me 100 gm cake and chocolate flavour, when I complained about this issue there is no response from these people. I have paid 645 rupees for this purchase and totally dissatisfied with this website, don't order from this website

I had placed an order for Rakhi and other items. It was marked as delivered but the recipient never received rakhis, sweets & chocolates. I had sent emails to customer support for 15 days, asking for delivery proof. I have been ghosted. I'm not getting any response from their customer support.

This is related to my order no 9931674. This is not yet delivered to the recipient.

I got a call from delivery agent on 26th August at 10:45 PM, that the gift will get delivered on Sunday, but he is closing on Saturday night.

However this was not received when I enquired with the Recipient.

The rakhi was not delivered in time and my complaint is not yet resolved. customer care number never works.

Above is my order details.
As per Igp.com they are saying package is delivered and showing me courier receipt .
This is totally fraud they have deducted my money but not delivered my package. What will I do with courier receipt bcz my brother not received any package. They have charged 7.5£ for the pack see here it is not all about money but I m sending rakhi to my brother I just want u to please help me to deliver my rakhi to my brother. I m not even saying refund my money. But just to deliver my rakhi package.
This is a big time fraud bcz my brother that days was all at home to receive my package but how is this possible that they saying that we delivered.
Please help me.

As per site my order delivered but my brother has checked everything he still not received rakhi. Please please check this time I bought rakhi in advance so that it will reach early. My package is not delivered. I have seen many complaints on igp.com page too that they are saying package delivered but actual not received. I hope u guys deliver my rakhi .

I order Rakhi on 5th august but brother still not received any order he was only at home. My brother checked mail box and asked security person but received order.
This type of complain I saw in consumer complain website also.
They have deducted my money but not delivered my order.
Please help me to deliver my rakhi as I m living in United Kingdom. This is not only rakhi for me, with its emotions attached.
I m here because I m expecting that my brother receive rakhi before rakshabandhan. Nothing else. Please check with it.
Please deliver rakhi.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company's audacity to claim that the product was delivered when complaining to the support when it clearly wasn't. It feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise anyone trying to send a gift to India from overseas to avoid this company. I plan to report this website to raise awareness about its deceptive practices and false advertising

Ordered gift for wife to be delivered on 14th February 2023, still 2 days over and no delivery done. Such a pathetic service. This is my first and last experience.

Only 1 soan papdi packet delivered whereas i ordered and paid for 2 quantities
and rudraksh rakhi is marked as delivered, it's not delivered yet
I tried calling them, call is getting disconnected, tried reaching via Gmail but no one called me back yet.
You shouldn't charge for the products that we have not bought....

Order not delivered because delivery boy couldn't found the address, they canceled easily and showing delivered on tracking status, I have already maid a payment. My daughter has ordered this cake for her father, she is so hurt...Igp.com is a big cheater, please see other complaints also submitted by others..

I ordered the cake for a family member on her birthday but received product is not in good condition. I have raised a complaint about the same to the customer care and they asked for image of the product as proof, same provided to them. After some time they send an email and denied that they delivered product in good condition. I have asked them to send me proof but they didn't reply.

I want to raise complaints about the pathetic customer service that caused inconvenience to me and my family.

Contacted customer support Many times but to no avail.
They promised that the refund will be issued however no reversal made till date.

1.Incomplete Delivery (100gm Almond missing in hamper)
2.Missing Logo on Gift box (major concern as we haven’t got Branding benefits also few had not opened the package as they were not sure who sent it)
3.Packaging was not as per commitment – It supposed to be in Blue box as committed but it came in Brown box packaging which was not at all presentable.
4.Courier tracking details – We received tracking details 4days after delivery and post receiving the details
5. There was no company name on BOX, everywhere igp/join commerce pvt. ltd name was mentioned.
Also, they dont respond over email they only do communication on call, we had everything in detail discussion with igp but now after their mistake they are asking for email proof. We need refund of the non delivery of product and compensation for false commitment.

Damage product received

I have ordered a rakhi delivery to my brother-in0-law home address on 9th Aug 2021 vi order # 5017706. It has been never delivered to date (order status screenshot from the company website has attached herewith as proof).
I email the company in this regard - never replied. I called them twice- after a long hold time, they disconnected the line both times.
I am expecting a full refund of my order as the service has been never delivered from their side.

I ordered Rakhi for US address from IGP.com on 15th July 2020.
It was specific "Rudraksh" rakhi, as my brother don't like stones or colorful rakhi. First it delayed delivery as per mentioned in order. Which was ok in current covid situation but worst part is they deliver totally wrong item. They deliver some "red stone" rakhi. I complaint to them and did some follow up, asked for refund as its fraud and me, my brother had already missed big day. And now after one and half month they are saying, they already have disclaimer that "Delivered product might vary slightly from the image shown". But this is not acceptable. As its not slightly different. It's totally different item delivered. But they are saying they will not do anything in this.

I ordered Rakhi for my brother from IGP and they were supposed to deliver it by 2 Aug. They didn't deliver and none of their phone numbers were working. I was not able to reach them so I sent them message on facebook since they are very active on facebook always posting their ads. Someone responded stating that I can place a refund request if the rakhi isn't delivered by 4 Aug. I have been sending them mails to which their response was late and lousy. On 18th when I finally told them I will take legal action if the money is not refunded, they reverted stating the courier is oit for deliver today. Seriuosly? First of all they never fulfilled their commitment, then they sent a mail stating the package is delivered and when checked it wasn't delivered.they apologized for the error and then they said the recipient is not available on the address. During this Covid time the family was always there since my badi maa and uncle are above 60 years old and they never went out of the house. This company is a big fat liar and they come with excuses but not bothered to refund the money. Since they couldn't keep up to their commitment, i demanded a refund but they are beating around the bush. Because of thrives like these people we customers are having a hard time trusting genuine vendors too.

I request you to kindly take necessary action. In case IGP comes back with any excuse, I am ready to share all the evidences of the mail communication wherein they haven't delivered the item and not even refunding the amount after two weeks. I don't want them to deliver that item now after so many days of the festival, there is no point. I need my refund and compensation for wasting my time and cheating me by stalling around without even bothering to respond properly.

I ordered the rakhi to my brother the order hasn’t received yet and the even rakhi is over its almost 13days i’m trying to contact them but they are not even giving proper respond they say the order has not even dispatched yet i want a refund. They don’t even give proper response i mailed i called i did so many messages not even one respond to me.

Greetings for the day. I ordered rakhi from igp.com for new zealand address on 20th july 2020, then it was showing tentative delivery date 29th at the time of order. They have not delivered it till the festival day i. E.3rd aug'2020. That is why i requested for cancellation and refund of money on 4th aug 2020. After that when i was tracking the order it was showing "no scheduled delivery date for this order" till 10 aug 2020. After several attempts, i was able to speak to one of the customer care executive today and he informed that it will not be refunded. And they have updated the status as the package will be delivered today.

There is no point delivering rakhi after the festival is over. Hence, i am requesting for a refund and igp is not refunding the amount. I would request you to please look into the matter.

I had ordered rakhi hamper and add on rakhi on august 02, 2020 from the site www.igp.com, i was assured it will be delivered on august 03, 2020 as the order mentioned next day delivery. But the order was not delivered. I was constantly trying to reach at the number mentioned on website also emailed several time to check the status. At night after 12 clock i received mail saying, package was delivered on august 04. I checked with recipient he has not received the order yet. Even after that i continuously called the company to know the status, of my order, but was unable to reach them, also mailed them, but no response.
