I am putting up in sector-15 Rohini delhi-110085 for more than 15 yrs now with my parents.As our flat is on the 1st flr of the building, we are facing some problems as the owner of the ground floor just below our flat stays somewhere else hence flat is on rent.As per the M.C.D guidlines one can not change the basic structure without the permission or mutual understanding of occupants of the building.He extended his kitchen without the permission and important thing is that extended part of the kitchen is constructed over the sewage lines (drains) meant for draining out all contaminated water into the main sewage.But for that he has also blocked the drains with concrete to stop the water to flow into them.In rainy season occupants of the building faces Numerous problems due to this.And if am not wrong that extended aprt of the kitchen is also nor allowed as per the M.C D guidlines.In addition to this they have planted full fledged trees to make a temporary fence by tugging mtnl wires with thr trunk of the trees, resulting blockage of the footpath for pedestrains and hence caused various accidents.Therefore we request you to pluck out these trees to stop numerous accidents waiting to happen.Not even these trees causing problems for the traffic but also blocking direct sunlight to upper floors and there waste creates a very unhygienic surrounding.Despite of various phone calls made this guy is not ready to get it corrected and not even bother to come and meet us.Every time we tried to communicate things with him he always refuses by saying "do whatever you can as it is election time so nobody will take action"Therefore I am droping this mail so that necessary action should be taken.We (occupants of the building) need a early & strict corrective action against the flat owner so that we can justify our stand to go legally against it as we have full faith on M.C.D .

Illegal Encroachment - Extended part of kitchen, blockage of drains & full fledged trees to create a temporary fence hence causing accidents

Sub: Complaint against the illegal encroachment by Anti-Social elements on the plot bearing C.T.S.NO.557 which is Garden Reservation (PG) situated at Behram Baug Road,
Next to Khatri House Jogeshwari west Mumbai 400102.


Respected Sir,
We the residents of Behram Baug and Co-operative Housing Societies of Behram Baug Road, Jogeshwari (w), Mumbai- 400102 have strong objection against the anti-social elements trying to encroach the plot bearing C.T.S.NO.557 reserved by the B.M.C. for public Garden purpose since last 28 years, please find enclosed herewith the copy of D.P.Remarks for your ready reference.

Sir, we want to bring to your kind information that this plot bearing C.T.S. No.557 is totally dump with garbage since last many years the cleaning of the plot is done with the help of Kward west. the dumper and the J.C.B..Machinery is given for this work by the k ward west. The reason best know to the k ward west officer. This work is started from 12/03/2009till20/03/2009.

Sir, we want to bring to your kind notice that open plot bearing C.T.S.No 557 is reserved by garden, the residents of BEHRAM baug and Co-operative Housing Societies don’t have any play ground or garden in our vicinity. We the residents trying to stop the said illegal encroachment, but they are threatening with dire consequences.

We the residents of the Behram Baug request your good self to kindly stop such illegal activities immediately and grand the permission to construct a public garden/play ground on the said open plot bearing C.T.S. No. 557 for the residents of Behram
Baug for which we will grateful to you.

Kindly look into the matter on sympathetic ground at the earliest and oblige.

Sir, there are some encroachment in front of my siddik mansion bldg, 3rd lane, kamati pura, two tank, Mumbai 8.A lots of inconvenience to all people here and creating problem of parking.its very difficult to go schools and any where from that way Please do something to solve our problem immediately
