This is of great concern that a place where MCD community centre should have been there for the locality, there is a private illegal encroachment being used as banquet hall and front portion of the land having the shops, been given on rent (photographs are annexed).
In 1987, this land used to be a local area pound, but after quite some time, this land had been encroached by influencing the govt officers.br...

I am putting up in sector-15 Rohini delhi-110085 for more than 15 yrs now with my parents.As our flat is on the 1st flr of the building, we are facing some problems as the owner of the ground floor just below our flat stays somewhere else hence flat is on rent.As per the M.C.D guidlines one can not change the basic structure without the permission or mutual understanding of occupants of the building.He extended his kitchen without the permission...
