India Gate Basmati Rice Complaints & Reviews

Rice quality is very worst and adulterated. 50 percent rice is half cut pieces.

Purchased 5kg packing of India gate classic rice, Rice has not smell of basmati brand, size not enlarge during cooking, I complaint via e mail, they collected sample and report quality is up to the mark inspite of there repsentative said it is not upto the mark on showing cooked rice. Batch No is D-6414 of sept 2021. I am helpless to do nothing except through it to tharas and bearing loss of Rs 800/-. It is further i will not purched India gate rice in future.

Next day person with name karan saxena with phone no +91 [protected] contacted me. He asked to send details along with aadhar card. I didn't give adhar card no which he was asking for giving discount.

I placed order of 25kg rice, he gave me bank details and transferred 928. Oors to teh account he gave. After transferring amount, he then denied all calls, no reply to chat.

Karan saxena with phone no +91 [protected] is fraud person, must be from bengal as his cell message comes in bengali language.

I am looking for help to recover this money from him

We bought indiagate basmati dubar rice and after cooking the rice i am very shocked to see a thin layer of plastic like substance.
The rice is melting. Serious action should be taken or its good to close down than to get ashamed, its a waste of money and whats the point in quality, when such plastic substance are present which can spoil health of an individual.

I viswamaalick, resiiding at no.3/9, bajanai koil 2nd street, choolaimedu, chennai - 600 094, tamilnadu bring to your kind notice that, i had purchased india gate basmati rice, 5 kg packet b. No. Gb4876 from a near by reliance super market, choolaimedu, chennai 94, tamilnadu i. E as there was some coupon offer price of rs.299/- for india gate basmati rice.

So i purchased the india gate basmati rice and when opened the pack and saw the india gate basmati rice, the whole bag was small small pieces of rice in the 5 kg packet (As usually basmati rice will be little long rice) but infact the rice was smaller pieces and worst quality of rice and when cooked the rice was not at all good, no flavour, no taste of basmati rice.

We are unsatisfied that there is no quality of rice maintained and your not giving good quality of rice, whatever may be the offer the company gives, but please maintain the quality, we too purchase the rice by paying amount and we expect quality of the product for the given price.

In the name of offer/discount /copoun you are cheating the customers with the low/bad/worst rice to the customers, this is not fare for the big company like you.

Hope you will maintain the quality of the product and shall not cheat the customers.
