Sir,
Most respectfully i bev to inform you that in the toilets at bankura rail station, (Dist.-bankura, state-west bengal) there is a toilet guard, asking money of rs.2 for urinal but there is a signboard from india rail where is written as "urinal is free".
More the toilet guards are obstructing the passengers entering into the toilet without money.
Please take fruitful step against this corruption.

I am regular traveler of indian railway and i came to know that railway starts online booking from 12.30 am and anyone can see berth availability but cant do reservation as it says booking will be starting from 8 in morning but when I log in at 8 servers never respond and after that tatkal tickets gets finished and waiting list starts so it causes lots of problem for the person who cant manage to stand in queues like senior citizens or working...
