Sir,
I made a recharge to my jio number [protected] for 349 rupees on 2nd april 2018 through bhim upi app, to [protected]@upi, it shows recharge was successful but recharge was not done and money was debucted from my account, i need my money back as soon as possible...
Please consider my issue...

I have recharged for jio recharge rs.459/- on 10th november 7:35 am. Through jio upi and i was prompt to open idbi upi and amount was collected by [protected]@upi through idbi bank the transaction id.[protected]. Till date jio account was not received the money and recharge has not been done but my bank account was debited.
Kindly do the needful to refund the amount. Details given below. Thanq.
