Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I had filed a TDR an year back on irctc.co.in requesting for refund of amount towards a journey which i could not perform. I have now received a mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in informing me that i had made a false claim for refund of amount. The email further states that my account has been disabled on account of false claim. I have booked close to 10 tickets using this online account, and am neither able to take print of this nor cancel them....
