I want to bring into your kind notice that on dated 10.12.2021
I received a call from this number +91-[protected] & she called that she is calling from sbi credit card services department and Informed me about an offer and told me that your card is selected in survey by SBI & this offer is giving to you from SBI. I was little bit confuse because how they get to know about my details that i took a new credit card from SBI, my mobile number my address etc. Definitely some body is sharing our data with third parties. But she said again & again that she is saying from SBI Credit Card Services Branch & given following offers with INDO Shop, Delhi ( SBI Corporate User ) :

1. Two exclusive Domestic Holiday* vouchers for 3 day 2 nights for 2
adults and 2 children (below age of 5 years) across India in over
230+Cities, 8500+ Hotels.70, 000+ Rooms (3 To 4 star property). Member
needs to provide prior notice of 30 days with 3 different dates with a
gap of 7 days from which any one date will be confirmed. Both voucher
can be availed for Domestic Vacation. If customer wants to avail both
vouchers for Domestic Vacations then it can be used. Member can not
club the both vouchers for a long Domestic Vacation of 5 days 4 Nights.
Food cash back vouchers can’t be clubbed. Member needs to pay INR
499(Refundable) handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday
Voucher. Every property has some exclusion periods so member needs to
avoid it like Goa in December.

2. A CYG (choose your gift) Voucher. There are 9 different items
mentioned on the CYG Voucher (Laptop Bag / Tie & Cuff-link Set / Power
Bank Mobile Charger / Steam Iron / Belt / Shirt / Jeans / Wallet /
Shoes) from which you can select/choose any one item by following the
voucher redemption process mentioned on the voucher. There is no hidden
charge for the redemption of CYG Voucher. Send voucher and id proof scan
copies to our email id [protected]@IndoShop.In or you can also whats app the
clear pictures.

3. A Unlimited free sky card Complementary Discount Subscription booklet (Card)
which would entitle you to get privileges at over 1500+ outlets across india. Discounts can be availed by following the procedure mentioned on
the booklet/directory or on website like through pre-paid vouchers,
online shopping & By Flashing Card at selected outlets. This subscription would be valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. This
will help you to avail up to 20% discounts on various brands. This card
is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank. This
card is for feedback purpose only.

4. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of any first Domestic Holiday voucher location.

5. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of 2nd Domestic Holiday voucher location

They did not allowed me to think more and kept pushing me until I made the payment through SBI Collect Web portal and trusting on SBI, I made the payment of Rs.8, 701/- to INDO Shop ( Screenshot attached )through my SBI Credit Card and after payment I got realize that I should cancel this order and I called to INDO Shop for Cancellation of above offer & refund of payment through Calls on their numbers [protected], [protected] and as well as written mails but they didn't listen & denied to cancel this order.

I got very surprised that they are doing fraud on behalf of SBI.
I request to you, please investigate this case at your level & refund to me my money and oblige me.

I received a call from [protected]. The representative told me that she is calling from SBI and the bank is giving you some offer on your card. The lady told me that what type of card you hold. I was a bit sceptical then she told me that if it would be a fraud call I would demand for Card no or PIN but I'm not asking any these details. And after so many conversation she convinced me for the scheme. She told me to open the site of 'SBI Collect' and then commercial service of SBI. After that I was told to choose 'INDO SHOP' and payment of 8700rs through my Credit card. After that I received a call from 'INDO SHOP' and when the representative told me the offers that comes with the scheme, I got it that I was fooled by someone.

INDO shop agent call me for activation of credit card but he says me for payment 8818 rupees for activation charge of credit card when I says I will not give the rupees then he says me you pay ya not bill will be dispatched at your home address and my card has been blocked by them agent name Aarti...

I was little bit confuse because how they get to know about my details that i took a new credit...

I bought a power bank of Syska from Indo Shop, but it was delivered defective to me the first time.The power bank doesn't charge above first indicator, and so gets discharged very quickly. Then they said they would deliver a working power bank after that, and they again delivered a defective one.

I placed the complaint to their concerned team in mid September of 2020 this year, and they said they would deliver a working power bank ASAP, but have not send till now working power bank. I had planned to gift that power bank on birthday of my father, and they have totally ruined that for me. I think this is a fraud company which just takes the customers money and never provide a service to them.

The agent called saying that he is calling from sbi credit card services. Informed me about an offer and told me that this offer is from sbi. I was little bit confuse because how they get to know about my details that i took a new credit card from sbi, my mobile number my address etc. Definitely some body is selling our data to those fraud guys. I wanted you please take necessary action against them and also against them who is selling our details to those fraud. By trusting on sbi we are buying.
