I had self shipped via DTDC(consignment no.: K28836723 the product having Order ID: 1102157 and return ID:151623 since they don't pick up any exchanged product. The product has been received by them on 19th of April and I have not yet heard anything from them . Nor they bother about the refund process. You can check their google reviews which shows how pathetic customer service they have. They keep on closing the ticket every time I try contacting...

This is regarding order no. "819030". On 15th june'20 in the afternoon at around 1 pm, a person from logistic partner shadowfax came for pickup.

Out of coincidence, on the same day there was another pickup scheduled for an order of another brand 'w for women' by the same logistic partner shadowfax. So when a logistics person came for pickup, i handed him over 2 items of brand "indya" which i wanted to return.

My order no 764480 was to be returned back. I had another parcel to be returned to amydus. The pickup man had come but the wrong parcel has been handed over to the pick up man i. E return parcel of amydis had been handed over to the man instead of returning the parcel of indya / faballey.
