I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. I have purchased 3 tickets from International Tourist Center travels through Redbus from Delhi to Dehradun as per the ticket the Boarding point details was Kashmiri Gate Metro station, Gate Number 2, i reached there on time 9:00 Oclock but no one was there then i called on contact number [protected], [protected] and they asked me to come Anand Vihar near Indian petrol pump which was very far from...

Booked a bus to lucknow, firstly the operator called multiple times then he said you have received a call and said to cancel so he has allotted my seat. Now, he has given in another and that bus has left. The other bus straded there till 1.30am from 9.30 for passenger fill up. I lodged a police complaint too but police is taking there side that when fill or either refund the money at 1.00am. This is the ridiculous behaviour i went to office...
