To day i placed a order without register the account on web site of order2india but i don't get any order confirmation msg from order2india website. Payment already debited from my account. My mobile no was [protected] and mail id was [protected]@gmail.com when asked before payment so please share the status of same.

Not coming for service even after purchasing AMC

I Have ION EXCHANGE ZERO-B RO water purifier.
I have purchased the AMC (Invoice 703167) for RO water purifier regular
maintenance and cleaning to get good quality of water on[protected] but since last 5-6 months they
are not coming for service. recently
water taste is changed hence I am suspecting now water quality is not good for
health.
When
I put my request for service, they didn't turn up on scheduled day.
I have called their customer...
