personal hotspot

Hello sir,
I m using iphone 4 wid my aircel network .
In iphonr der is a option of personal hotspott ( ur cell acts as a router) . I m nt able c my personal hotspot option fr around 10 days , evn i called customer care n also told dem . But dey wer lik just saying me " sir, it ll tak 24 hours and n al dat stuff" rubbish respose. Plzz help me a way out.Customer care service is very poor .
