sir, i created so many account numbers so far and submitted various email ids. i had to change my mobile numbers every time. i don't understand what is going on. the last user id i submitted is srmkelkar and password given to me is sec876. my mobile number is [protected]. please help me. any communication may be made on [protected]..

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. My earlier account for IRCTC was suspended and was asked to open a new acct. Accordingly I've open the acct with the user name kopi123, I've received the password in the mail, however the mobile verification has not been done as there is problem of receiving SMS's in Jammu and kashmir.
