For the PNR [protected] I booked the tickets under premimum tatkal and cancelled it, the irctc website does not state any cancellation policy while canelling the reservation it just cancelled the tickets and stated No Refund
I logged several tickets with irctc with no luck.
I expect this to be escalated to the highest level, as I was not aware that I would lose the entire ticket fare on cancellation....

TATKAL OR 90 DAYS BOOKING STARTS FROM 8.00 A.M. BUT SITE ITSELF DOESN'T OPEN FROM 8.00 A.M. TO 8.30 A.M.
WHEN HAD A CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE IT SAYS ITS SERVER DOESN'T WORK, SINCE MAXIMUM ARE TRYING AT SAME TIME.
EVEN BEING IRCTC AGENT IF WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LOGIN THAN WHATS THE USE OF BECOMING IRCTC AGENT??????????...

IRCTC's server time is delayed by 3-4 minutes due to which we could not make tatkal tickets in time . IT IS TOTALLY CHEATING. Such manipulations giving undue advanatage to agents. It means when it is 8.00AM then IRCTC's website will show 7.57 AM, i..e booking already started at window but not on internet. Every second counts in case of TATKAL booking....
