I am traveling from Secundrabad to mathura train no. 12723 and PNR- [protected] . I ordered pizza from Domino's, but it wasn't delivered. I complained to Domino's on call. But later I got a message saying my issue was resolved. I didn't receive any call or message regarding the issue. Order ID[protected]. I should atleast know why I didn't receive my order. I have been starving from morning to only get my order cancelled.
Please look after this.

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Rimpi, I was traveling to Amritsar by train no 12018 (PNR-[protected]) on 1st April 2023. I ordered Domino's Pizza around 7:30 pm from harrarwala, which is supposed to be delivered at 9:50pm in Haridwar station. After order I received confirmation msg ;
    Dear Rimpi, Your payment for Order:[protected] is confirmed. Thank you for ordering with IRCTC. with OTP...
    But I didn't receive any msg from domino's. in that case I called on catering railway no.
    1323, three time since 8: o'clock, but the customer care didn't resolved my problem, rather he told me, mam you will receive your order as per your timing 9:50pm again I called him at 9:55pm. He disconnected my call.. what kind of this behaviour is..if you can't resolve customer problem than what are you doing.. when I alert him regarding the order earlier.even than he didn't took any action..
    My request is please take some action against IRCTC e catering, customer care and off course Domino's company.

        Order # 34392388
        Ordered on nov 25 at rourkela station but food did not get delivered and raised a complaint # 34414160 has been generated and provided a discount coupon code to avail discount. I and my family with a small child didn't get food.

        Train # 12810
        Order # 35967990
        Ordered on dec 20 for order to be delivered on dec 21. Once again food not delivered and once again we didn't get food. Complaint #[protected] was raised and resolved by e-catering team without any resolution. It is disappointing to see this kind of response not once again and again but with the audacity to do it again.

        As a citizen of india, i can't accept this and would like to raise a voice against this.
