about money deduction from my account but couldn't benefited
Sir,
On 28th march i was booking a ticket on irctc for sanghmitra express from danapur to benglore. I paid through google pay and they paid it to irctcrazorpay, my 860 rupees had been deducted but couldn't book my ticket. Still i didn't get my refund. Pl. Help me to get my refund amount, i will oblige to u for this. Photos attached.

refund not received yet
Hi i booked ticket through irctc app via razorpay payment mode and selected upi for payment. After successfull payment tatkal ticket was not booked, but amount of rs.980 was deduced from my account.in the irctc failed transactions i was return that the amount was credited to bank named razorpay. Irctc has refunded money to razorpay but they didn't refund me yet. Please do refund my money as soon as possible please.
