I am lodging a formal complaint regarding my recent order (#[protected] with ITC Store. On June 20, I placed an order valued at ₹610. On June 21 at 17:56, I received an email stating my order had been received, packed, and completed, all within the span of 3 minutes, yet as of today, June 22, the order has not been delivered. This discrepancy between the notification of completion and the actual receipt of the product is deeply concerning. Moreover in the app the order section is showing that the order has been delievered.
Moreover, attempts to contact customer service through the app have yielded no satisfactory response or update on the order status. This lack of communication exacerbates my dissatisfaction.

Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care contacted as soon as possible and my item got delivered and it was jsut a glitch in the system

Regarding refund
It's been more than 1.5 months for a refund... Everyone is making mockery of it from ITC store..they initiated refund but where neither I know nor they know. Shailendra bhatli from scm and crm team is making fool out of me.
