I was payment on ixigo for train ticket booking from ixigo app. But due to some technical issue booking was not confirmed . And my money is not credited on my Bank

Got FALSELY charged by IRCTC - for not even booking a ticket

i got falsely charged by IRCTC for not even booking my ticket.
they charged me twice Rs.1489.94 and Rs.1444.94
BUT BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN MADE.

I am not able to connect to irctc customer care as well
their number is always not reachable.
kindly look into and help me getting my falsely charged money back...
