J V Express Logistics Redefined Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered an item from Jabong on 24th September 2017. The expected delivery date is 3rd October 2017 and the logistics partner is a company named JV Express.

When I checked the status of the shipment on its website it showed that the product had already reached Patna on 1st October 2017 and the shipment status was "Out for delivery". But it hasn't been delivered yet as per the ETA.

This is my second worse experience with JV Express Logistics Redefined. Last time i ordered a product from snapdeal on 8 Nov 2016, the delivery date was estimated as 12Nov. I got a call from delivery boy for product distribution but due to Currency issues i told them to dispatch the product next day on 13Nov but instead of that i got my product on 22Nov. i already cancelled my product and gave brief feedback to snapdeal about delivery company....
