I have bern overcharged at Jakhauli toll plaza. Instead of Rs 110, i was charged Rs 295.

I have passed from mainplaza jakhauli toll plaza on 6 september 2025. On 7 september I got message

Alert! INR 295.00 debited from FASTag on 06-09-25, 17:52 IST at Main Plaza Village Jakhauli.
Vehicle HR10AE1792.
With icici Banking fastag.
My tag no. Is =33323484

Kindly refund the excess amount....

Today morning I cross the Jakhauli Toll plaza on my car no. UP16EK 6251 I saw 2 -3 vehicles already waiting to cross the Jakhauli Toll, all the vehicles are showing black list tag. Then suddenly one employee of Jakhauli toll office came and start feeding the vehicle no over his mobile phone, when my no came to cross the toll same thing happened my fastag showing as black list, then employee of Jakhauli toll save my vehicle no. Over his personal phone and give directions to go, at that moment we cross the toll but no money was deducted from my fast tag. In evening I got the message of dedication of INR 295. Request you to please check and refund the excess amount.

I have been overcharged at Toll Plaza Jakhauli with amount 295 instead of 115. I have entered the peripheral at dasana around about 2.10 PM on 13.4.25 . Money has been deducted from my IDFC fast tag card . My vehicle no is UP16BD5453.

I have passed from jakhauli toll plaza yesterday. Rs.280 paid at Mainplaza Village Jakhauli for UK07Z5797 on[protected]:46:43 with ICICI Bank FASTag. This is overcharged amount for one way I recieved the message on 13 /03/24 at 9 am . Kindly refund the excess amount.

Yesterday, I crossed the Jakhauli toll plaza
around 8:21 PM and received a message of Rs. 280 from my fastag account which is not reasonable as compare to actual Fee amount of Rs. 110.

After 3 days of my trip, I got message from my fastag provider that my Fastag linked with UP11CK2808 has been charged with Rs.250 for some dispute on trip number 0010022310071730485666 at main plaza village jakhauli due to VehicleClassMismatch. Can someone tell me what is this ?
Or this is some kind of fraud going on here ?

I have crossed the Jakhauli toll plaza with my car no. DL6CP5831 at 06:21 PM but they overcharged me Rs 280.00 with additional Rs 55 when I entered the toll from delhi. They overcharged me and deducted extra amount from my Hdfc fast tag account. So requested to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I have crossed jakhauli Toll plaza in my car with registration No HR24AF2175 and in morning i got the message that the an amount of Rs 280 has been deducted from your paytm account instead of Rs 110.

I have crossed the Jakhauli toll plaza at 1:10 PM on[protected] with my car no HR 13T 8660 and rs 280/- had been deducted instead of Rs 110 from my Paytm account by the toll plaza authority. So requested to toll plaza authority to refund Extra amount in my Paytm account as soon as possible.the screen shot of the deduction has been attached with the complain.

I crossed toll plaza on 29th Dec 2022 and received deduction message on 20th Jan 2023 amounting of Rs 265/- instead of Rs 65/-
Kindly take the legal action against toll plaza management.

Excess toll tax debited
Myself Shakti and my vehicle number is HR20AS7386 I passed Main Plaza Village Jakhauli at 02:25PM on 28/01/23 and my toll tax amount 265 was deducted, which I think is not actual, so please refund my excess amount of toll tax. Please solve as soon as possible.

I entered EPE from baghpat border at 4:40pm near about and I crossed Jakhaul toll plaza at 5:05pm . Toll charge is 30 by fastag, but my deduction payment is showing Rs. 265
Please solve my problem.
