My vehicle no WB02AC7436. 265 DEDUCTED from my fastag at 7 Nov 3:35 pm. Please resolve my issue and refund asap.

Yesterday I received a message of deduction of amount Rs.265 for my vechile HR12AM2222 at Jakhauli toll plaza.

I paid cash amount of Rs 70. which was the toll fee for my journey.

But a they deducted Rs 265 as well from my account.

Kindly take a action and assist me to refund of this fraud deduction.

From 1 pm on[protected] onward my car HR05AS6545 was parked inside my house at Karnal . On[protected] at 02.04.06 am Jakhauli Toll Plaza deducted Rs265/- from my Axis Bank fastag . It is a fraudulent charge ; when my car has not gone from Karnal to Delhi side after[protected], how could Jakhauli Toll Plaza debit my Axis Bank fastag with Rs265/- on
[protected] at 02.04.06 ?

On 06.01.2023, Excess amount of Rs. 265/- deducted as Jakhauli toll plaza while going from Noida to Sonipat on my car JH01DJ8474. Raised complaint in Axis bank portal, they have rejected the complaint.

Accoding to road toll is more expenses

I was crossed this toll on 18june 2022 at 7.40am, with creta RJ45CP3551, that time 265 was deducted, plz refund my money through Paytm [protected] as soon as possible.

I crossed on 18 June 2022 at 7.40am, that time 265 deducted from my fast tag, car number RJ45CP3551. Money was deducted next day on 19 June. Plz refund my money as soon as possible on Paytm [protected]

This toll plaza is scamming people. A toll of Rs. 265 has been deducted while leaving from Ghaziabad. There are so many reports and no action has been taken.

NHAI needs to take a look at this.
