Jeep compass battery dead in 2 years

My jeep compass(S diesel) battery died in 2 years only. I suspect if any of the ECU is drawing power during shutdown as I cannot see sometimes mirror not getting closed after locking my vehicle.

also Hold feature does not work sometimes during run time

Reverse sensors does not disable after coming out from reverse to forward drive.

It is very pathetic experience in Jeep compass vehicle after paying...

Two days back I was travelling on highway in midnight, my car was punctured so I started opening the nuts.But I couldn’t because the caps on the nuts started rotating and nuts were as it is.I was helpless as I was with my family on highway and in midnight.I had to wait till morning.Why do company make such cheap nuts of wheels.Are there any option for this nuts or not.please provide me if you have any.Such renowned brand puts consumer in worst situation where even after having everything I had nothing.please reply.I need new nuts

    I, Mr. Haresh Harjani leaving at Gandhidham Have purchases the Jeep Campus from Rajkot around 9months ago, I have done all there services from showroom only for each and every small problem I am connecting to company only. But my experience related to services is very bad @ showroom and service center no one is answering properly to me besides this in our last service I have given the details to your representative about the problem I am facing in my jeep but till now it is not done and now currently again I have to keep my car for same work, now also there is no proper guy to answer and solve my problem.. also note that in 9months only I am facing a battery issues / engine red light alert / seat problem / Roof issue and many small problems I am facing.
    Till date my car has run around 25000km and have done timely service with showroom only but than also by seeing this all issue in such a big brand is very shockable for us.
    Kindly note that we are coming from Gandhidham which is around 180kms by taking proper appointments and all than also by seeing this all issues I am very tired.
    I hope someone will look into the matter and give proper response.

      I bought a New Jeep Compass Model S(O2) 4x4 2.0 D AT - Bright White + Grey Roof y'day, 23rd May 2022 evening with full payment at "The True Sai Motorss" Hasthampatty, Salem 63607. On inspecting the Car today morning I found discoloration and tinkering work done with half finished painting at the driver side door and discoloration in the rear left door too. On reporting the issue to the dealer the response was standard to state that we will fix the issue, the very point of delivering a defective product didn't bother them at all, on questioning a defective product being given for a full price, the keep silent and not even an apology came from them till now, from morning I repeatedly called their staff, right from the sales person to the service manager and I'm mentally depressed and frustrated with the feeling of being cheated and seeing no courtesy or an apology. I wanted the car to be replaced and needed an apology from the dealer with appropriate compensation for the depression I've undergone.

        Front Glass wind screen has developed Crack due to improper fixing of Glass by local service provider - we request for Replacement without charges.
        Shock absorbers are not working Properly since day one service provider is inefficient to handle the problem
        Air conditions are totally ineffective since day one. the service provider concept Auto Ahmedabad say that this is the drawback of Jeep

          I purchased my car in January 2020 and it has covered only 14250 kms. It's cluch plate is damaged badly due to that I took RSA today. I have taken engine protector, RSA, zero depreciation, loss of personal belonging, consumables and three year extended warranty, Clutch Plate changing cost is coming around 45, 000. My question is who will pay for this and why within two years the clutch plate is so badly damaged when it only covered 14250 kms. Please provide help at the earliest.

            Dear Sir,

            I Surendra Panjiyar purchased a Jeep Compass car on 12th November 2020. Due to winter season the functioning of AC was not checked at the time of delivery of car. I have not used the AC due to winter, On use of AC during current month is observed that AC is not working only fan is moving .

            I wanted to know that whether PDI has been made before delivery of CAR.

            Now please help from your side check my car AC and arrange necessary assistance for functioning of AC at my palace.

              I hv a new jeep compass since 9 month and in new car i had a problem with this car during road trip my diesal filter was leak without any accident again after 2 month at present during my road trip without any other event suddely engine alarm on and my speed reduce even after accelerator pressing worst experiance in jeep with only in 20000km .. previous i had a ford figo with 80000 km run with out any on road problem with just 5lacs rs car

                I was a victim of brand new jeep compaas which was hardly driven 1000km only. Yesterday at 8.30 pm when i was driving in a crowd market area smoke and fumes started coming from the engine. People cautioned me by hitting the windows. I was inside the car and anything was possible.
                My life was in danger. I was really worried about my family's fate if people's of hyderabad have not cautioned me. I am really upset with the vechile and want to return it as this is not safe.
                Dealer is blaming me only. I request all the fraternity to take action against them.

                  We purchased jeep compass in nov 2018... We did booking before 30days of delivery... After lot of followups and postpone of delivery dates finally we got our car on nov 9th 2018... Within one month of purchase noise in driver seat was started we complained to manager and service team they took the car and give us in same condition stating that there is no problems in seat.. After few days problem in audio system started.. While going on speed breakers audio system getting disturbed and left side speakers are disconnected and unable to hear the sound.. Then we complained both the problems sound system and driver seat noise... Again they took for two days and said there is no problems everything is fine..

                  Like this almost 8months completed with the noise in seat... One fine day we park our car in cellar and went to restaurant after completing dinner we started our car but it is not happening... Engine is not igniting due to loose connection then we left the car at cellar and went back to home. Next day in morning we call jeep service people and intimated then one guy came and after examining he told it is due to loose connection and he fix up the issue. On that day we sent our car to service center for total vehicle examination then after 3days they said everything is fine only small issues are there we fixed those. At that time we have an issue with breaks also. For that issue service people told us that as it is winter it will be there because of moisture, we never heard that breaks issue will be there with moisture.

                  Now, today while going home after work our car stopped in the middle of road because there is water of 1feet height... We are waiting for the service center people to respond...

                  I don't know how the jeep compass passes in all the tests... Maybe those are all fake.. This is my opinion after experiencing the horrific incidents with jeep...

                  We really made a big mistake by choosing jeep... Out of india it maybe doing good... But in india they are using some cheap parts for manufacturing i heard the same problem with lot of buyers in recent times...

                  Be careful while purchasing any vehicle...

                    I reside in Sulur Air force Base and I received an sms for trial of Jeep Compass today. I fixed up an appointment for 2 30 PM at a fixed place for trial. At appointed time I waited but no vehicle or even call came. I tried calling on that no. but it kept ringing. I got a call again the customer care lady and informed her the issue. She assured me for trial again. A couple of minutes later another gentleman called me up and said that vehicle was not available for trial. I informed this information back to lady in customer care.
                    I think such people are to be strictly dealt with no mercy. Their contact numbers are [protected] Vinoth Vehicle didn't report at all for trial. [protected] Mathan vehicle not available for trial.

                      Dear sir,
                      I have purchase jeep compass last year in the month of october. Yesterday i was travelling to my office and there was a heavy rain. I stopped on the road side to pick my friend and thereafter vehicle does not start. I called road side assistant they have checked but ask to take to service center. No the person in service center telling me that water entered in air filterer. I got surprised if only in heavy rain it water can drain out then on what basis your are advertising that you can drive this vehicle on hills and this is an though vehicle. I have driven so many cars from last 27 years but first time i have gone through the problem. Now they said this is not covered in warranty and you have to claim for insurance. My question is if the water got logged in the air filter so easily this there is an fault in the vehicle so they should repair it in the warranty.

                        I have submitted my jeep compass in rukmini fiat, Patna for 1 st servicing and repair of some minor scratches as being cleared by insurance company, on 5th july,
                        They had promised me to deliver by 9th,
                        But on 10 th some denting and painting is the thing only being done,
                        It was niether seviced nor wased,
                        Even few scratches were not removed.
                        They are making unnecessary delay for simpler things.
                        If this is the way for a foreign vehicle, sale and service will be provided, it is pathetic.
                        Definitely sale of the brand Jeep will be affected by this
