Jio Wifi Complaints & Reviews

I had took jio Wifi service and paid Security Deposit wich was completely Refundable.. I had 2 connections so had paid deposit for both the connection. In the lockdown I had closed the office so disconnected both the WiFi service..with Service Number SR000012MS0F and JSR000011JX1B jio people had informed me that thy will pick up the WiFi device and Refund the security Deposit which was Refundable.. But after pickingup the device whn ever...

My Jio wifi router is not working. The range of the router was barely 2 feet when I bought and even that stopped working in few days after I bought it. I took it for repair and had to wait for 3 days for repair and then when I got the device back, it is still not working. Jio customer care does not exist. useless and chor company. waste of money fro me....
