Jio Wifi Complaints & Reviews

I had took jio Wifi service and paid Security Deposit wich was completely Refundable.. I had 2 connections so had paid deposit for both the connection. In the lockdown I had closed the office so disconnected both the WiFi service..with Service Number SR000012MS0F and JSR000011JX1B jio people had informed me that thy will pick up the WiFi device and Refund the security Deposit which was Refundable.. But after pickingup the device whn ever I call up to thier customer care number thye dissconnect the call and when I go to the jio center thy ask me to call on customer care number.. Its almost been 6 to 7 time had happend with me. But not got the refund. Jio service center and store advisor say thy don't knw wht to do ahead..is thier any way I can get my money??

My Jio wifi router is not working. The range of the router was barely 2 feet when I bought and even that stopped working in few days after I bought it. I took it for repair and had to wait for 3 days for repair and then when I got the device back, it is still not working. Jio customer care does not exist. useless and chor company. waste of money fro me.
